Ok scare us to death ex ooops mean ghost!!!!!! I guess since I live the closest to you better make big batch of my homemade soup and come fill fridge with HEALTHY food and then once your better HIT you with wet noodle for scaring us like that dude !!!!!! lol

And yes...eating healthier...had a salad..didnt bike figured may not be a good idea! but will walk a bit before work.

Well...here is an update...figured out what is causing these little episodes. Something called stress. lol. been sorta taken it easy and figured out a bunch of stuff. Soooo.... all is well at the moment. Hopefully Cullenhs soup and a bit more excerise should help. Also reading scriptures seems to help a bit too. so ill read more and try to figure things out and try to just relax with this stuff called life.

yea...GR..stress is a killer.....and sleep can help....hope you're getting enough of it......maybe its time for you to get on a horse and watch the sunset..dude.......glad you're feeling better
