Job Demotion/Cut in Pay
My husband is being demoted and losing pay, sick days, paid holidays, etc. He really needs to find a new job quickly - a really good job. He needed something else for a long time now. We have health insurance we can't even afford to use, he's been working long hours on salary, and when he gets home, he's still working until very late, and then he has to get up early.
I don't want him to take a job out of desperation. The next job needs to be something great. We are fed up and he deserves better. Please pray for us that he will be able to find something wonderful soon and that we'll be able to afford our bills this month. Thank you.

We'll be praying for you. What skills does he have, and would you be willing to relocate?

Well, we couldn't afford a long move and he's in construction. If there were a company willing to pay for relocation, then yes, but that's doubtful in his field. He would really like a facilities management job. He has been a superintendent for an insurance restoration construction company and it has been very stressful for him. He knows carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and more.
Thanks everyone for the prayers.

I'm in the same boat. My company is dead in the water and I've sent a resume to a big commercial corp that does work in 8 western states. If you're interested I can pass along the info to you via pm. They're looking for multiple new hires skilled in carpentry and cabinetry. I think you're in Northern Utah, right? This company is based in Kayville.
I'm also looking at becoming a certified personal trainer as fitness is a huge part of my life. I just don't have faith in keeping my eggs in one basket anymore. Anyway, I'll keep your husband in my prayers as well.
