Fast Opportunity and Request

I ask this out of a heartfelt desire for the welfare of some of our brothers and sisters with unique challenges.

I would like to propose that those on this forum be willing to devote this weekend's fast this Saturday night/Sunday to strengthen, comfort and support the parents of, loved ones of, and those afflicted with gender identity issues.

Please also pray that those who are out there, alone, and seeking help and direction will find it, and that those who have been moved upon to share the Lord's message of happiness with those who deal with our condition, will be blessed, guided, and lead to those who need to hear it and that the recipients of that message will have their hearts opened and comforted.

Please share news of this fast request to any applicable.

I imagine this is most difficult for members who deal wish this issue. I have no answers except Father in Heaven loves each and every one of us no matter what obsticles we face and each of us needs prayers and support to triumph over this lifes sometimes cruel lessons..... Always in my prayers and thoughts.... :}

Thanks to all those who participated regardless if you posted or not. I know we had a lot of people involved in the fast over on this side of the fence - those of us struggling with this condition who are also members as well as their families.

We had some pretty dramatic spiritual blessings too during and shortly after. I received and answer to a question I had for a long time, and received some powerful witnesses that I am still writing about.
