Driving over mountains with...

sommertires. I could use some positive toughts sent my way. We borrowed our ex minibuss to my daughter as she needed to have a bigger car for moveing... we were going to drive it home tomorrow... but they have promised snow on the mountains.
We already bought train tickets to me and my DH for tomorrow morning. I can not change or get refunded them. So what we will do is that I take the train over, then I drive the car home on Wensday which should be a varm beautiful day. Tuesday however it should snow.
My DH is staying home waiting for me to call to him to drive over with a car with wintertires and wintertires for the minibuss. If we are a bit lucky I manage to drive home without problems. But it may happen he has to get me from a motell on the mountains or ditch....
We have once taken that trip around this time, and we drove some 20 miles an hour as it was blowing and snowing... last year too I left Trondheim on the day they got the first snow on the mountains, but the snow melted right away, I had no problems.
Today the ways were partly icy....
