Exclamation Please pray that I'd get my car back from the shop quickly

Hi everyone. My car had to go in the shop this morning. The tachometer (RPM meter) keeps sticking on it and at one point the RPMs were running at 3,000 RPMs at about 50-55 mph when normally at that speed they'd run at about 2,000 RPMs. Also, the check engine light came on and stayed on whenever I ran the car for about 24 hours. Please pray that I'd get my car back quickly. Thanks!

Sending prayers that your car is fixed quickly and that it will be an easy and inexpensive fix. I know all about car repairs and how stressful they can be. Good luck!

Thanks everyone! I got my car back at around 4:30 PM the very same day! Your prayers really do work! And there was only one thing wrong, my car's Check Engine light came on because of a "large vapor leak". That could have been because the gas cap wasn't on tightly enough but John, the mechanic, said that he checked it and it was on as tightly as it could go. So I have to keep driving it until and unless the Check Engine light comes on again and if that happens, they'll put an inert gas in my gas tank to check for leaks. Thanks again!

I'm glad to hear it. DH's car just had the check engine light come on this evening, funnily enough. We're going to ask my dad to take a look at it and see if he sees anything right off the bat. Hopefully he'll find something minor and easy/cheap to repair. Hopefully we won't have to put it in the shop.

Hope your issue turns up soon and turns up minor!
