Please help us sell our home before foreclosure

I could really use some prayers. The last time I asked for help with prayers from our Ministry, my contractions stopped and my daughter was born healthy and not pre-mature. This was 7 years ago, but I know that prayers work.

Our house is for sale as we can no longer afford payments. We used all our 401K monies and borrowed what we could. It will go up for auction in March. We have it for sale at a very good price, it is not a short sale. I would just ask you to pray for the perfect buyer, at a fair price. We have four children, two at home and two in college. If we can get out from under this home, we can move to a smaller more affordable home, otherwise, I don't know what we will do.
