Default please say a prayer for me

Hello, ive been going to counseling for some anxiety and ptsd from my childhood and its getting tough to deal with. Please pray that i can be healed from and overcome the anxiety and ptsd and turn my fears into strengths as a tool to help others. Thanks in advance for any prayer

Remember, being brave doesn't mean you're not terrified. Bravery is doing what you should, even though you are terrified.
