I just printed it out. I think it used my whole ink cartridge. So, mullenite, you owe me one!

There are 222 pages to the whole thing. I too am low on ink and decided to download it to the pc and I'm going to have my hubby print if off at work. Cause I'm just to lazy to buy more ink, or maybe I'm just cheap.
Then I need to buy a binder to put it in to.

Download the entire document, then put it on a CD. Ink costs too much, and 222 pages, wow.
Write to the people originating: there is a LDS version available to Bishops for 15 dollars.
