We are having a Preparedness Fair at our ward tonight. I was assigned to make the dry milk.
I buy Maple Island. Their NonFat Dry Milk is GREAT. It is the only dry milk my husband will drink. I have it in my food storage. Occasionally I buy skim milk from the store, but when I am tight on funds, I just switch back to my dry milk.
I like Maple Island. I can drink it by itself in a glass. But I have been drinking skim milk for so long, that switching back-n-forth between skim and the NonFat dry milk is not that much of a shock.

They do not list their prices on the site. You have to contact them first, and they will send you a price list.
Also, the more that you buy...the cheaper the product. So, it really makes it worth it if you can go in with others that are interested. Maybe even get up a ward or stake order. Then just divide out the shipping between all those who placed an order.
