As we see the economy descending.....
As we see the economy descending, IMO it's time to think about getting items for BARTER, and for essential Preparation (beyond food storage). Help me on this, would you?
Rope Batteries bullets guns Warm clothing, esp socks and boots and coats, Hats Silver (1 oz. rounds or old coins) Gold (almost too much value now in 1 oz for much barter) Fuel: propane, gas, diesel/heating oil (basically the same) Wood-burning stove Solar cells Solar cookers Pens, paper Aspirin, antibiotic ointment, hydrocortisone ointment Medications -- have a years supply of essential medication if possible Anti-biotics -- understand this can be purchased cheaply "for animals" -- anyone know where to go to buy anti-biotics for animals? (I consider this for serious bacterial infection emergencies only) Soap, shampoo, anti-biotic soap and hand-sterilizer Mask Rolls of 6-mil clear and black plastic Radios -- Ham radios and FM/AM small radios Walkie-talkies Maps, esp of the area one lives in -- and of the US (all the way to Missouri)
