Iran and Russia in Discerning the signs of the times

With all the smoke and mirrors that has hit the internet in days past, I thought I could spent a few minutes talking about a prophecy that nobody seems to be talking about that seems to be fitting into current affairs. Warning- this is not warm and fuzzy reading, however it is prophecy that will shortly come to pass. I put this forth so that we might know from what direction it might come. But if we are prepared, we have no reason to fear, and if it so be that I am taken, even as prepared as I am, that's ok, because I hear that the Celestial Kingdom is very nice this time of year. Besides that, one of my kids is still a teenager and is really causing me grief.

Gog and Magog

In the last few months, I have learned two things. 1st- it is very important for us to study and be up on the prophecies of the Bible, especially of those that speak about the last days. 2nd- We should keep an eye on what is going on in the Middle East. Why you might ask? Because if you study the Bible, you will know that the last 2 major Battles on planet earth will take place in Israel. Those battles are the battle of Gog and Magog (Ezekiel 38-39) and of course, the Battle of Armageddon. And by knowing what is going on, you will be able to see just how close we are to the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ.

Now just as one might refuse to go to school and therefore never learn that 2 x 9 = 18, or that a verb is an action word, or that by spinning a magnet around a copper wire can produce electricity and therefore produce light or heat, in the same way, if we refuse to study the Bible and its many prophecies, then we will not begin to understand the reality of the Bible, and the future events that will come upon us in the near future.

Now to understand prophecy, you need to understand that it is written in kind of a code, and can be unlocked by anyone who is willing to pay the price. One such prophecy was included in Jesus’ list of the signs of the times discourses. His disciples came to him privately, and asked, “Tell us, when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?” (Matt 24:3) Then Jesus went on to make a list of signs- False Christs (v.5) Hear of wars and rumors of wars (v.6) Nation shall rise against Nation, famines, pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places (v. 7) false prophets (v. 11) iniquity shall abound, and love of many shall wax cold (relationships that are all about sex and one night stands) (v. 12) and this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world, and then shall the end come. (v. 14) the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven (v. 29) then shall appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven…who shall come in power and great glory. (v. 30)

But the Savior doesn’t end there, because you might say that we have always had these things. Jesus goes on to give a real time qualifier. He says,

“Now learn a parable of the fig tree, When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves,
ye know that summer is nigh, So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that
it is near, even at the doors. Verily, I say unto you, this generation shall not pass, till all
these things be fulfilled. Matt 24:33-34

The word “fig” is mentioned in the Scriptures 64 times. If we study the scriptures, we learn that the word “figs” represents the Jews that are carried away.

“Thus saith the LORD, the GOD OF ISRAEL, like these good figs, so will I acknowledge them
that are carried away captive of Judah, whom I have sent out of this place into the land of the
chaldeans for their good. Jere 24:5

“The LORD showed me, and behold, two baskets of figs…one basket had very good figs, even
like the figs that are first ripe, and the other basket had very naughty figs, which could not be
eaten, they were so bad, then said the Lord unto me, what seest thou, Jeremiah? And I said, figs,
the good figs, very good, and the evil , were very evil, …Again, the word of the LORD came
unto me, saying, thus saith the LORD, the GOD is Israel, like these good figs, so will I
acknowledge them that are carried away captive of Judah. Jere 24:1-8

The time is coming when Jacob’s descendants will take root. Israel will bud and blossom and
Fill the whole earth with fruit. Isa 27:6

So the parable of the fig tree is about Israel or the Jews that were taken captive. And after winter (nearly 2000 years of being cast out of their home, they are allow back into Israel to become a people again, or in other words, they were reborn) The branches are yet tender and putteth forth leaves because Israel is home again and is alive as a nation and producing fruit. This generation shall not pass away, until all these things shall be fulfilled. (meaning Jesus Chris will return) The Nation Israel was restored in 1948. They were allowed to return home, and grow again as a nation. Therefore, we know that the generation starting in 1948 will not pass away until the end will come. Wow! This all fits into Matt. 24 because Jesus starts out warning of the Jewish temple being destroyed, then he warns of Jerusalem and Judea being concord. It is only fitting that he gives the major sign of the end of the world as being in Jewish / Israel terms, that is the parable of the fig tree.

Now to know how close we really are, we need to compare current events with a prophecy found in the scriptures. The prophecy that I am referring to is the 2nd to the last war, the battle of Gog and Magog that is found in Ezekiel 38-39. Again, this prophecy is written in parable form and so only those who are willing to pay the price to understand it can do so.

Gog was the King of Magog. They lived around the time of 2300 B.C. and settled in the region that was north of the Black Sea. Today this region is known as Southern Russia. Gog and his kingdom were incredibly brutal and ruthless, and went forth killing and destroying all the tribes that were around them.

In the prophecy in Ezekiel 38-39, Gog and Magog (Russia) will lead a massive army that includes Persia (Iran), Ethiopia (Syria) Libya (same) basically, an Islamic lead army to go in and destroy Israel. Tubal and Meshech are also invited, which is present day Turkey. They will go forth with their entire army to solve the Israel problem, once and for all. This is the beginning of the prophecy found in Ezekiel 38-39. It says in Ezekiel 38:2, Son of man, set thy face against Gog, and the land of Magog… I didn’t really understand this, knowing that God is a loving and fair God, however, when we learn that under Stalin, how millions and millions of Jews were massacred and killed, and now in the present day, the Russian government is hunting down and persecuting those who are true followers of Christ. My boss at the school was just one such family. They were basically kicked out in the middle of the night without visas and ordered out of the country. Whatcom county has a lot of Russian immigrants, and my supervisor tells me that all were displaced from Russia because of their faith in Jesus Christ.

Let’s hold this up against current affairs. At present, we have the President of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad actively pursuing Jihad, that is a Holy war against the Big Satan (the United States) and the Little Satan (Israel) He is moving forward with all of his might to develop a nuclear bomb so he can destroy Israel, once and for all. Helping him with this task, it is reported that there are over 2,000 of Russia’s top scientist, not to mention some from North Korea. President Ahmadinejad has freely admitted that as soon as they have perfected the bomb, he intends to share Iran’s nuclear power with all Islamic Nations so they will no longer be held hostage by America. (Jerusalem Coutdown pg 4) At present, Iran, along with Russian scientists are working on medium and long-range missiles that would be capable of hitting London, New York, and Jerusalem. (Jerusalem Coutdown. pg 3)

In his acceptance speech, the newly elected President of Iran promised to ignite a worldwide Islamic revolution. He said, “The wave of the Islamic revolution will soon reach the entire world…We will soon experience a world without America and Israel, notwithstanding those who doubt…. And to those who doubt, to those who ask is it possible, or those who do not believe, I say accomplishment of a world without America and Israel is both possible and feasible.” (Jerusalem Coutdown pg 18) Like Adolph Hitler, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is very vocal about what he plans and intends to do, and he believes that he can deliver. With the help of Russia’s technology and weapontry, he truly believes he can wipe Israel and America from the map. On June 4th, 2005, Asia times did a report-

In the past several years a number of …Russian companies have faced US sanctions for selling missiles and missile technology to Iran. Rather than slowing or stopping such sales, the pace of missile acquisition and development in Iran has accelerated…Russia’s relation with Iran have also advance considerably in the past 18 months.

Getting worse, Russia has negotiated to supply Iran’s missile defense systems- a contract that is 4 Billion in three years. When the parliament of Iran met, they voted to pursue their nuclear program, 247 of the 290 approved by standing and shouting, “Death to America, Death to Israel.” Prophecy 20/20 pg 154

All this is very special. However, Israel isn’t known for their patience. Back in 1967 there is what is known as the 6 day war. That is where all the Islamic nations came against Israel to wipe them off the map. Syria, Iran, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, and others all massed their forces on Israels boarders. Israel did the pre-emptive move and got up early and hit this massive coalition while their planes were still on the ground, totally wiping out their air support and a lot of their artillery. Back in 1981, Iraq began their nuclear program to develop weapons to destroy Israel. Again, it’s leadership was very blatant about their plans to destroy Israel. And so Israel again, pre-emotively entered Iraq and not only bombed but totally destroyed Iraq’s nuclear program. Back in Sept 2007, Syria was again bombed by Isreal, it wasn't until later that we learned that Syria had a secret nuclear weapon plant that they were working on with North Korea. And now, we have Iran, with the help of Russia, seeking to develop the bomb for the same reason.

On December 12th, 2006 President Ahmadinejad came on television and promised that very shortly Israel would drink the fiery mushroom cloud of the Islamic wrath. America received the same kind of threat 5 months before our attack on Sept 11th, 2001. Have we learned anything?

On January 8th, 2007 the top news story was that Israel began training with American made Bunker Buster Bombs that they could take out 6 of Iran’s nuclear development sites. We transferred to Israel 5,000 heavy, precision-guided bombs, including 500 “earth-penetrating” 2,000 pound bombs designed for the use against underground facilities.

Iran has stated- We will deal seriously with all threats made by the Israelis and the Americans. The people behind these threats are playing with fire. We warn them against becoming involved in a war of aggression against us. (Iran) In another speech Ahmadinejad said, “If America were to make a mistake and carry out an attack against the sacred state of the Islamic Republic of Iran, we will set fire to its interests all over the world and will not leave it with any escape route…Let the US know that if it starts a war on our soil, a war of attrition against Washington will start immediately and we will destroy all its sensitive spots.

If Israel does a pre-emptive strike against Iran, destroying all of their nuclear plants and their Russian missiles and kill Russia’s 2,000 scientists, the time would be right, once and for all to take care of the Israel problem forever. During the last week of January, 2007, the President of Iran met with Russia’s defense minister behind closed doors. Some say it is to buy more and greater weaponry, others say it is to move Iran’s nuclear program to Russia where it will be able to move on without sanctions in Iran and attack from Israel.

And perhaps the time is right, as President Bush has just committed another 21,000 American troops to Iraq, wouldn’t that be the perfect time for Israel to do their pre-emptive strike, when America is strongest in the region.

The good news is that when this goes down, Gog and Magog are going to loose, and loose in a big way. God will fight for Israel and will destroy 80% of the Islamic and Russia led army, however, the bad news is that the U.S. will be hit hard as well. In Ezekiel 39:6 it states, I will send fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles. Will the fire that is sent upon Magog and it’s coalition be American nukes that when detonated reaches a temperature of 5000 degrees un less than one second.

Now for the term, “them that dwell carelessly in the isles.” The word translated coastlands or isle in the Hebrew bible is ‘ity. The word was used by the ancients in the sense of continents today. It designated the great Gentile civilization across the seas, which were usually settled most densely along the coastland- just like America. (Jerusalem Coutdown pg 114) And the term carelessly also applies as we spend our days and night watching T.V. and in the pursuit of entertainment while much of the world in embroiled in wars and rumors of wars. It is stated that 62% of the American population lives within 50 miles of the coasts. It is no wonder that President Ahmadinejad is regularly stating that very soon the Big Satan (America) and the Little Satan ( Israel) will be no more. They will be destroyed. Even as lately as January 26th, 2007, that was his promise unto the Islamic nations on channel 1. That is pretty bold for a man or nation that hasn’t even completed one nuclear weapon. Now because of this, 99.9999% of American’s don’t even look at any of this as a threat and just goes on watching American Idol as if nothing is up, however, if we truly understood the threat, we would do a better job preparing for the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ.

Maybe a story from the bible could help illustrate this story better. In Daniel 5 there is the story of Belshazzar. He was an arrogant Babylonian king who was held up with his armies in the city of Babylon. All around him, the cities and Kingdoms were falling to the Meds and the Persians. Belshazzar in his drunken pride felt that because Babylon was such an impenetrable fortress that nobody could overpower him. He boasted of having walls around his city being 87 feet wide, so that you could drive a four horse chariot around the top of it. Then there was a mote on the inside of the wall that was fed by the Euphrates river that went through the city and then out the back. And then a second wall stood between the people of Babylon and those wanting to do them harm. There were over 250 towers around the outer wall that men could shoot arrows from and pour flaming tar and rocks. With these conditions as well as having his entire army held up within the confines of the city, Balshazzar felt very secure. On the night of the “you can’t touch me party,” Balsharzzar saw the hand of God appear and write something on the wall. Basically it said, this very night, your kingdom will be taken away and given to the Meds and the Persians. And that is exactly what happened, the Meds and the Persians dammed up the Euphrates river and under the cover of night, marched underneath the 2 walls in water up to their waste and took the city without loosing a single man.

America is a lot like Belshazzar. We feel that we are all powerful with our armed forces, and our weapons and technology, and yet we have this 3rd rate dictator over in Iran saying that very shortly we will be no more, that very soon America will drink of the Islamic wrath of the fiery mushroom. Do we have need to fear? I would say so, not so much from missiles being shot through the air, although that could happen, but more importantly, from the threat within.

General Alexander Lebed, the popular Russian General admitted on national television while visiting the U.S. that Russia had manufactured 132 “Suitcase nukes”, and that 85% of them are missing from inventory. We have also learned that 700 more of these suitcase nukes, manufactured for the KGB are missing as well. (Prophecy 20/20 pg 104)

Osama Bin Laden has been amassing nuclear weapons and materials since he was in Sudan in 1992. In 1996, when he returned to Afghanistan, Bin Laden made further purchases from the Chechens (Russia) including highly portable nukes that had been manufactured for the KGB. From 1996 to 1999, he made additional purchases from Russian and Ukrainian sources including international arms dealer Semion Mogilevich. Mogilevich on one occasion provided bin Laden with fifteen kilos of highly enriched uranium at the bargain price of seventy million dollars. (Prophecy 20/20 pg 153)

This makes a lot of sense. Ahmadinejad has been on the news all year that I've been listening to and watching. I was not aware about the Russian involvement in this whole mess. I am quite sure that President Bush knows what's going on. He has stuck to his guns on the war on terror and as he said before, history will judge him. The views of both presidential candidates in this matter are obvious, but whatever happens is inevitable. We can only be prepared. Thanks for sharing this.

When the CIA confiscated records from the computer of Dr.Sultan Mahmood… they discovered evidence from Mahmood’s computer that at least one Al-Qaeda nuke had been forward deployed to the United States from Karachi in a cargo container. On Oct 11, 2001, George Tenet, former CIA director, met with President Bush to inform him that at least two other tactical nukes had reached Al-Qaeda operatives in the United States. This news was substantiated by Pakistan’s ISI, the CIA, and the FBI. (Jerusalem Countdown pg 27)
These are just the ones that we know about. U.S. weapon specialists warn that there might be as many as a hundred or more that we don’t know about.

Vice President Cheney warned that a nuclear attack by Al-Qaeda appears imminent. Eugene Habiger, former Executive Chief of Strategic Weapons at the Pentagon, said that an event of nuclear mega terrorism on U.S. soils in not a matter of if, but when. (Jerusalem Countdown pg 26-27)

This will all come in the Al-Qaeda fashion of being planned out where they set them all off at the same time. If it is done by a suitcase bomb, Al-Qaeda can take out Washington D.C. with the President and his cabinet with Congress without any notice. Just like 9-11, there one minute, gone the next. Plans have been found on Al-Qaeda’s computers to hit several major cities at once, including Washington, New York, Los Angels, Chicago, and many others, including military bases. And the suitcase nukes are already here. Now if they just started lobbing missiles through the air, the President and his cabinet and others would just go into bomb shelters, that is after giving orders to nuke the opponents off the map.

Now that we have a better idea of what could happen, we should take the wording of President Ahmadinejad to heart. When he says, America and Israel will soon be destroyed, I believe him, at least, we will be hit, and hit hard. I believe that President Ahmadinejad and Osama Bin Ladan and the other maga radicals are setting plans in motion to destroy Israel and the U.S. while we sit at home watching T.V. and doing our thing. In Daniel it states that the wicked shall continue to do wickedness, and when all this comes to pass, they shall not understand nor know why this is happening, while many others will be purified and made white.

In Revelation 6 it gives a list of coming events. Now this chapter is a double prophecy, that is that each seal represents a past thousand year period of time, however, it also represent up and coming catastrophes.

In Rev 6:2 it says, I saw…a white horse, and he that sat on him had a bow, and a crown was given unto him, and he went forth conquering, and to conquer. This first seal contents represents the first thousand years, with Enoch and his people coming forth in victory. But at the end times, it represents, the Anti-Christ who will come forth conquering and to conquer. He is the great imitator. Just as Jesus Christ will come on a white horse in the end which represents purity and victory, so shall the Anti-Christ come forth in the last days to destroy Christians.

When the 2nd seal was opened, (Rev. 6:3-4) John sees a red horse, and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the EARTH. And there was given unto him a great sword. Being a duel prophecy, it represents the battle between righteousness and evil in the 2nd thousand years, not to mention the destruction of the wicked due to the flood. However, in the Revelation sense, it is said to represent the Battle of Gog and Magog, where the entire EARTH will be engulfed in war. The color red symbolizes blood that will be shed during this war on all the earth, including America.

When the 3rd seal is opened, (Rev. 6:5-6) John sees a black horse, and the one that sat there on had a pair of balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst … a measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny, and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine. In the duel sense, this represented the 3rd thousand years, that because of Israel’s disobedience was smitten with years of famine and want. In the future sense, famine always follows war. If 20 major cities get nuked out of existence, will life go on as usual. Will people still buy cars. Will people still eat out at fast foods, and restraints. Will people still build new homes, and will we still have the money for schools. If Iran and Russia and some of the other Arab states are taken out, will the price of gas still stay at $3.00 per gallon, and if 30 or 40 major cities in America gets hit, might gas go up to maybe $4.00 per gallon or even worse, $44.00 per gallon, all calling it supply and demand. Aren’t all major food stores distribution in these major cities. This is why by prophecy, we are told of a great famine, and the scales means rationing. A penny for wheat and 3 measures of barley for a penny means that people will work for an entire day to earn their daily food. Do not hurt the oil and the wine means that it will not hurt the rich, or the prepared. The color black symbolizes death especially by famine, plague and pestilence. When my son Joshua was in Colorado last winter, they got snowed in for a week. Trucks could not get in. People panicked, and went to the stores to stock up, but the shelves were emptied. Will we prepare now, or will be wait until after the crisis has hit. The prophets have told us that we need to prepare for a year with food and supplies. Sadly, most Saints would be lucky to last a week.

When the 4th seal is opened, (Rev 6:7-8) John sees a pale horse, and his name that sat on him was death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth to kill with the sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth. In the duel sense, this represents the forth thousand years, the fall of Israel to Assyria, the fall of the Jewish nation to Babylon. The rise and fall of the Meds and the Persians. Macedonia, as well as the Roman occupation. In the future sense, over the fourth part of the earth will die by sword, and hunger and with the beasts of the earth. Many bible scholars aren’t referring the beasts of the fields as lions, tigers and bears, oh my. They are hinting to microscopic beasts that have been grown by evil men, like Anthrax, small pox, and Ebola. The same weapons that Russia earnestly sought after following world war II. Sadly, like the nuclear weapons, Russia has auctioned off a great deal of their biotechnical weapons to our Islamic Radicals, because they have the money.

I guess I could go on, but I think that would be redundant. Bottom line is, either you are going to prepare, and live our lives for Jesus Christ, or just keep going on doing the same thing and hoping that I am very wrong with my conclusion. Sadly, I don’t think that we are going to have to wait that long before we will see the Battle of Gog and Magog begin. I have basically given you the readers digest version of the crisis. It is not my intent to get anyone to quit their job and sit on the couch, waiting for the world to end, but it is my intent to get people to know that we are about to go through some pretty major times.

ONE MORE PIECE OF THE PUZZLE- I am sorry. I wish I was done. But their is one thing left I need to explain. Just as we have a Savior, Jesus Christ who will come back and rule the world, so the Radical Islamic world also believes in a Christ which is called the 12th Imam. The just leader of humanity which will come during a big earth quake, and the launching of a global war to kill the Jews, Christians, and other infidels. Once the Radical Islamic world has proven worthy of His help, this 12th Imam will come forth and destroy all who stand in Islam's way. During his prayer at the United Nations back in 2005, President Ahmadinejad prayed for the strength to pave the way for the return of the 12th Imam. And again, at Columbia University, the Iranian President made the exact same prayer. President Ahmadinejad said on another occasion that these were the signs of the return of the 12 Imam, who will definitely return in the next two years. Is it any wonder why Iran is going forth full speed ahead to perfect a nuclear bomb. He believes that by doing it, he can bring forth the Islamic Christ to "fill the earth with justice and equity as it is filled with injustice and tyranny now." He beleives that God will permit the Mahdi to launch his final revolution... and a few selected individuals... will be the first ones to respond to his call, and will be drawn to him like iron to a magnet in that first hour of his appearance. Kind of sounds like a mad man.

Our call in to live our lives for Jesus Christ, to prepare in all things, and to read the scriptures, pray, pay a full tithe, and to reach out to our fellow man. What ever else comes our way will just not matter.

PROPHECY 101
(Discerning the Signs of the Times - Part 2)

In the months before September 11th, 2001, the CIA and FBI had gathered quite a bit of information that pointed towards a massive attack upon U.S. soil. It was even hinted that they would use our own planes as missiles in this attack. Sadly, at that time the theory was just too far out there. It was too unbelievable. Too few in our law enforcement and intelligence communities actually believed that such evil was possible. Whether the President Bush actually knew about this information or not is uncertain, but bottom line, America was caught off guard, and thousands of people died.

In August of 1990, Saddam Hussein moved into Kuwait to take over that small oil rich country. He spoke plainly that he was going to make war with his brothers and neighbors in Kuwait, and yet nobody believed that he would actually do it. Even when he amassed tens of thousands of men and hundreds of millions of dollars worth of military equipment to the Kuwaiti border, still the world looked on and was caught off guard when he actually invaded Kuwait. Up until that time, all the experts and newspapers were predicting that he was saber-rattling and flexing his muscles to get what he wanted, but when he entered Kuwait on August 2nd, 1990, the world watched on in shock and amazement. Why? Didn’t we know ahead of time from what he told us?

World War II was no different. Adolph Hitler arose to power in 1933. He was not shy about revealing his plans of enlarging Germany. Although he made promises to many nations, and secret packs not to invade, every promise he made he quickly broke at the first opportunity. We the civilized world took him at face value and trusted him, and as at result, America and the rest of the world were dragged into a war that left 61 million people dead.

Adolph Hitler, Saddam Hussein, and Osama Bin Laden are men that are pure evil. The thought of killing millions of innocent people to further their cause is something that they do without a second thought. President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is cut from the same cloth and thinking as these monsters. The Bible warns of a storm that is brewing that will leave literally millions and millions of people dead. It would be very easy for the world to sit back and just say, “Nah, it will never happen,” like we did on Sept 11th, and in Kuwait, and for WWII, but hopefully we have learned our lesson… Learning the nature of evil that possesses some men.

Many people have gained knowledge of what is going to happen by comparing current affairs that are in our newspapers and on the evening news to certain Bible prophecies. To some, Bible prophecies are set in stone. They are a valuable look into the future from a loving father in Heaven for the faithful among his children. To others, Bible prophecies are a bunch of mumbo-jumbo hogwash. I have included this second part to hopefully give you a testimony to the truthfulness and power of prophecy. If we aren’t aware of prophecies ever coming true, then in all likelihood, we won’t take the Bible seriously. However, if we gain a powerful testimony of prophecy, then hopefully we will take preparing ourselves seriously.

Exactly, how dependable is prophecy, and why should we even consider it? To the first question, I will give you a number of examples and you decide that for yourself. To answer the second question, just know that God has mapped out the end of times through prophecy, and if we believe them, and understand them, we can see how really close we are and therefore prepare ourselves to meet God.
After all, the Lord’s Prophecies are pretty impressive-

Example 1- In Matt 24:2 there is a story of the Savor and some of his followers coming out of the temple. Wanting to find common ground with Jesus the disciple commented on what an impressive building it was. Jesus came back and said, “Verily I say unto you, there shall not be left here one stone upon another, that will not be thrown down.” To the Jews, this statement would have been absurd, after all, it was the Lord God Almighty’s House. Then there was the fact that it took over 46 years to build. Sadly, the temple was destroyed, just as Jesus had prophesied.

This prophecy was fulfilled by the Roman General Titus as he and his legions, after laying siege to Jerusalem for 3 long years, finally broke through the gates to capture the city. He ordered his men not to touch the temple; for it was his prize and the treasure inside would have been fantastic. But Titus’ men became hungry for destruction and blood. They ran through the streets killing every man, woman, and child that they saw, and torched every thing in sight. In the excitement of it all, a torch was even thrown into the temple. Titus and his men tried in vain to put out the blaze, but it was of no use. So after the temple burnt to the ground, Titus ordered each block to be pried apart so they could retrieve the gold that had melted between the cracks. The amazing thing was that through the entire battle and as the temple burnt, the Jews thought that at any time, the army of God would descend out of heaven and rescue them from their Roman destroyers. After killing the Son of God, and after years of stoning the prophets and killing their fellow Jews who did not hold to their beliefs, the Jews still mistakenly believed that God would come and rescue them. This analogy holds true with us. There are many who claim to believe in Christ, and they say they are saved, and yet they live their lives according to the standards of the world.

Example 2- Yea, it shall come in a day when there shall be heard of fires, and tempests, and vapors of smoke in foreign lands, and there shall also be heard of wars, and rumors of wars, and earthquakes in divers places, yea, it shall come in a day when there shall be a great pollutions upon the face of the earth… (Mormon 8:29)
The fires and vapors of smoke came in 1991 during desert storm when Saddam Hussein started the oil refineries on fire. The fires and smoke burned for weeks before they were put out. Sadly we also have great pollutions over the lands, many of the rivers and lakes are so polluted that even the fish are dying.

Example 3- One of the most impressive prophesies was given by Daniel in the Book of Daniel chapters 10, 11, 12. This prophecy covered the years from 529 B.C. to 164 B.C. To see the impressiveness of this prophecy, we will start in Daniel 11.
V -2- Behold, there shall stand up yet three kings in Persia, and the fourth shall be far richer then they all…
- This was Xerxes, the king who married Ester. He was the wealthiest of the four.
V -3- and a mighty king shall stand up, that shall rule with great dominion and do according to his will…
- This was Alexander the Great of Greece.
V -4- his kingdom shall be broken, and shall be divided toward the four winds of heaven…
- Alexander died at age 32 and his kingdom went to his four Generals.
V -5- And the king of the south shall be strong, and one of his princes…
- The general in the south was Ptolemy of Egypt, who became the most powerful of all, while Seleucus did the same in Syria.
V -6- They shall join forces…
- Egypt and Syria made an alliance in 250 B.C. after both generals had died. Ptolemy II gave his daughter Berenice in marriage to the grandson of Seleucus, Antiochus II. Two years later, however, Ptolemy II divorced Berenice and remarried his former wife, Laodice. Laodice then poisoned Antiochus and had Berenice killed. She appointed her son, Seleucus II to the throne.
I could go on and on from Ptomeny III to Cleopatra to Antiochus Epiphanes through out the entire chapter, but the bottom line is, this prophecy was perfectly fulfilled to the letter, even hundreds of years in advance.

Example 4- Prophecy of the Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ
All through the Savor’s ministry, He prophesied of his death and resurrection. “Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days.” John 2:19 He spoke plainly about his death and resurrection to his disciples in Matt. 16:21-22. He explained it further in Matt. 20:17-19. He prophesied, “We are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and the teachers of the law” (Jews, his own people) This was no stretch of the imagination because the Scribes and Pharisees had been fighting him throughout his entire ministry. “They will condemn him to death and will turn him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and flogged” (whipped) {this part would have been hard pressed to be believed as by now Jesus had such an amazing following, people by the thousands flocked to Jesus to hear his words. Besides, the people thought that the Messiah would raise up a sword and be their king, and here was Jesus saying that he was going to be tried, mocked, and flogged} and that he would be crucified. (Again, here was Jesus who was raising people from the dead, and healing their sick, and doing all kinds of miracles, and yet He was prophesying that He was going to be crucified like a common criminal. It is amazing that the Savior knew of his own trials and death, yet went ahead anyway knowing that God could send down 12 legions of angels to help him. [72,000 angels] And on the third day, he will be raised to life.
Of course Peter said, “Oh no Lord, this will never happen to you. We will never let it happen.” On another occasion Jesus said that they would all leave him or abandon him, to which Peter said, “No Lord, though all others leave you, I will never leave.” To this Jesus prophesied, “this very night, before the rooster crows twice, you will deny me three times. (Mark 14:30) And just as Christ had said, when the Temple guards came and took Jesus, and beat him and mocked him, fearing that he might receive the same fate, Peter denied Jesus 3 times before the rooster crowed a second time. Wow, what detail! Jesus prophesied that Judas would betray him, and so he did. Matt 26:14-16, 47-50
In the year 680 B.C. Micah prophesied that the Savior would be born in Bethlehem. Micah 5:2
In 701 B.C. Isaiah prophesied that Jesus would be born of a virgin Isaiah 7:14
Again, around 701 Isaiah prophesied about John the Baptists coming. Isaiah 40:3-4
In 520 Zechariah prophesied about Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem on a donkey Zechariah 9:9
Around 980 B.C. David prophesied that Jesus would be rejected. Psalms 118:22-23, Isaiah 28:16
- that Christ would be disbelieved, despised, rejected, wounded and bruised
for our transgressions. He was oppressed and afflicted and yet he
wouldn’t open his mouth, He would die and his soul would be made an
offering for sin, even unto death. Isaiah 53:1-12
- His hands and feet would be pieced and they would divide his clothes
Psalms 22:16-18
- None of his bones would be broken Psalms 34:20
Around 520 B.C. Zachariah prophesied that Jesus would be sold for 30 pieces of silver.
There is some pretty major prophecy here, down to the very detail, even hundreds of years before the deed occurred.

Example 5- My next example that I will give will show the precision and exactness of the Lord’s prophecies. The prophecy in Daniel 2:31-35 comes to Nebuchadnezzar in a dream. This is a parable or code that has to be figured out. The dream was of a large statue. Its head was made of gold, its breast and arms were of silver. Its belly and thighs were of bronze. Its legs were of iron, while its feet were a mixture of iron and clay. Then there is a stone that comes and smashes the entire statue and destroys it completely. The symbolism used in their prophecy was an idol that was made of precious metals. The value of the metals decreased as you went from head to toe, but the strength of each metal increased. Each of these metals represented kingdoms that would rise and fall, all in their own time. Each successive kingdom would become more brutal and would be an even greater enemy to God. All of these kingdoms either conquered or ruled over Israel.

Head of Gold- Babylon (609-539 B.C.) The head represents the single strong nation who would rule and it would not be broken up when it was defeated.

Chest and Arms of Silver- The Medes and the Persians (539-331 B.C.) The two arms are the two empires of the Medes and the Persians who succeeded the neck and head that was Babylon. They progress to the chest which represents the fact that the Persian Empire took control after and were more powerful than the Medes. The heart in the chest was King Cyrus who was called by God to show great kindness to Israel.

Belly and Thighs of Brass - Greece (331-168 B.C.) The Greeks under the leadership of Alexander the Great were the third conquerors. When Alexander died, his army eventually was divided into four and then two major sections at the end, like the two thighs. These two divisions were called the king of the North and the king of the south in prophecy.

Legs of Iron- Rome (168 B.C. - 476 A.D.) Prophetically, Rome was always a nation of two divisions. The two legs of iron represent the northern and southern empires. Even the Roman Church consisted of two different branches.

Feet of Iron and Clay- Europe (476 A.D. to the end of time) The Roman Empire was divided in the eastern (Byzantine) empire and the western empire. The divided kingdom includes all the nations of Eastern and Western empires. The ten toes are the ten European nations that formed the ten divisions in the empire.

Ten Toes - Western leg Eastern leg
1- France 6- Turkey
2- Germany 7- Egypt
3- Italy 8- Iran
4- England 9- Iraq
5- Spain 10- Libya
These nations will be as divided as a mixture of iron and clay. Rome became a divided kingdom around 476 A.D. This is symbolized by the two feet of iron and clay.

Stone cut without hands- The second coming of Jesus Christ (future) the stone comes from a mountain. It is cut from that mountain. This is the kingdom of heaven. From it a new kingdom is established in Christ while all others are totally destroyed.
Through this prophetic dream we can see up close the detail that the Lord puts into His prophecies. On the other hand, you can see that it might take some work to uncover the true meaning of the dream or parable.

Example 6- The next example also comes from the Book of Daniel and is found in chapter 7. It tells of four great beasts that come forth out of the sea, and just as in the statue vision, the four beasts vision is a countdown from the restoration of the Jewish nation until the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ.

“The first beast was like a lion, and had eagle’s wings. I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made to stand upon the feet as a man, and a man’s heart was given to it.” Daniel 7:9

The first beast describes the British empire of the last 200 years. England has employed the crowned lion as the official symbol of the royal families. The lion appears on every coat of arms in the British royal line going back at least 700 years. This lion is usually seen standing up on its two hind feet. Earlier coat of arms had the British lion with eagle’s wings. Because the United States is associated with the eagle, the removed wings refer to the American Independence which strengthens the identification. One last point was the British monarch Richard the Lionhearted, instead of a lion with a man’s heart, the king was styled as a man with a lion’s heart. Historically speaking, it was the British throne that paved the way for the Jews to return back to Israel in 1917. This was known as the Balfour Declaration, the single most important move towards the establishment of the Jewish state in modern history.

“And I beheld another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it, and they said thus unto it, arise and devour much flesh.” Daniel 7:5

Just as the British lion restored the Jews to the state of Israel, so the Russian Bear also effected Jewish immigration, but in a more ominous way. The Russian persecution of the Jews was some of the worst Semitic hatred ever seen in modern history. This dark characterization of the devouring beast is in stark contrast to the humane lion before it. The bear is widely recognized as the universal symbol of Russia. Communist government is described to the leftist, which is what Russia’s central theme is. The three ribs between its teeth relates to the three Baltic states that were gobbled up by the Soviet Union. The statement to go forth and “devour much flesh” was certainly fulfilled by the great single mass murder in the history of the planet earth, Joseph Stalin. He brutally executed approximately 5 million people throughout his evil empire that was the Soviet Union.

“The third beast was like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl, the beast had also four heads, and dominion was given to it.” Daniel 7:6

The next nation that has similarly played a crucial role in the relationship of the Jewish nation was the nation of Germany. The question of identifying the Leopard with Germany is advanced by the idea that leopard is actually another word for Panther. The German people seem to have a particular fondness for the Panther. In the German television industry, the primary vender is Panther electronics. In the military, two prominent vessels (a cruiser and gunboat) were both named the Panther. Under Hitler’s 3rd Reich, the primary tanks were named Panthers. The Armored division of the Nazi’s was known as the Panzer division. The panther is a best predatory animal image of the German militarist of both world wars because of its great speed. The Leopard in Daniel’s vision was described as having 4 wings like those of a fowl as well as having four heads. Because no bird has one wing, this would imply two sets of wings, or two forces that
assisted the panther. History records the forces of the Axis encompassed were Germany, Italy, and Japan. Both Japan and Italy were very active in the air war, so this refers to Germany’s two air power allies that backed Hitler in World War II. Before the turn of the century, there were 4 prominent states that made up Germany- Prussia, Bavaria, Saxony, and Wurtternberg. The first federation government of Germany consisted of four free cities loosely bound together. Just like in the statue dream, when Alexander the great fell, his kingdom was given to his four generals, so it was when Germany fell, it was given to the four defeating kingdoms. A Russian general controlled the Eastern Zone, a French general controlled the southwestern Zone, a British general controlled the Northwestern Zone, and an American general controlled the western zone, and just like in the statue dream, after time only the presence of the America and Russia provided the lasting influence on the surviving country. And again, Adolph Hitler was responsible for the butchering of literally millions of Jews.

“…and I beheld a forth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly, and it had great iron teeth, it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it, and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns”
Daniel 7:7-8

This is the forth and final beast to come forth to make war with the saints. This beast is also spoken of in Revelation 13. This beast will not be one nation or kingdom, but a “diverse” number of kingdoms (10 in all) that will make up the beast. Scholars reveal that this beast will be the manifestation of the Battle of Gog and Magog. It is through this beast that we will come to know the Anti-Christ, for he is the little horn. This new beast or kingdom will be exceedingly strong that will devour “much.” Could that “much” be large parts of the United States as well a Brittan?

Example 7- The land Israel. To Abraham and his seed after him, God made an everlasting covenant to give them all the land of Canaan, which is modern day Israel.
Gen 17:8 Although Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob lived in Canaan during their lives, they were just visitors. The land didn’t become theirs for another 674 years.
But before the Children of Israel were given the land, the Lord warned the people (prophecy) that if they do not destroy all of the idol worshipers in the land, the idolaters would corrupt them (the Children of Israel) and would make them fall. Deut 12:30, Joshua 23:13. Over the next 823 years, the Children of Israel became so ensnared in sin and idolatry that the Lord had them taken captive and led away to Babylon. Sadly, the Lord sent Jeremiah the prophet to prophecy or warn the people that if they would not repent, they would be taken captive. Just like with much of America, Jeremiah’s words fell on deaf ears. So in 585 B.C. the Babylonian army came and took Israel captive. In Jeremiah 25:11, we read where Jeremiah prophesied that the Jews would be held captive for 70 years and then they would be let go. And that is what happened. After they had been held captive for 70 years, Daniel was reading in the writings of Isaiah where he found a letter to King Cyrus telling him to let his people go. Isaiah 44:28, 45:1 The problem was, Isaiah lived a 150 years before King Cyrus came to rule. And so here again, prophecy rules. It is during this time that the Jews were ruled by 1st the Babylonians, then the Meds and the Persians, then the Greeks, followed by the Romans, as prophecied in Daniel 2. After 70 A.D. the Jews or the Children of Israel were displaced all over the land. But Ezekiel as well as other prophets prophesied that in the last days, they would be given back their land as their everlasting covenant promised. (Ezek 35, 36, Isaiah 11:11)

Just like with all the other prophecies, on May 14th, 1948 at 4:32 P.M. the nation of Israel was granted their independence and statehood. It was this birth of a country that thus fulfills Isaiah’s prophecy Isaiah 66:8, Shall a nation be born at once? For as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.”

Again, some 4000 years latter, the Jews or the Children of Israel were given the same land promised to them by God back in Gen 17:8. Every since that time, the Lord, God Almighty has been blessing them and fighting for them.

In the year 1967, six major Islamic countries (Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, and Lebanon) came forth to destroy Israel once and for all. They were backed by Russia with Russian missiles, tanks, and planes. It would be kind of like, the United States going against the State of Delaware, and the tiny country of Israel won. This war is what is known as the 6 Day War. During the war, Israel lost a total of 779 people, while the Arab coalition lost over 21,000.

In 1973, Egypt, Syria, Jordan, and Iraq again came against Israel, leading a host of other Islamic countries in a war that was known as the Yom Kippur war. During the first week of the war, it looked as if Israel would be lost, but then God stepped in and over took the war. So much in fact that Egypt and Syria asked Russia for help. Russia came to us and said, either you get Israel to stop attacking Syria (after Syria started it) or Russia will step in with nuclear weapons. During this war, Israel lost 2,656 men, 400 tanks and 102 planes while the Arab forces lost over 15,000 men, 2,250 tanks and 432 planes. With these past two examples, Israel being greatly outnumbered should have been utterly destroyed. However, since the Almighty has stepped in and fought for Israel, the infant state continues to grow.

There have been numerous wars against Israel, each time they were badly out numbered, and yet each time Israel won.

One more blessing that was outlined in prophecy that has come about in the last couple of years is a major discovery of oil in Israel. This discovery was first thought to be around 65 million barrels, but at late is believed to be around fifty billion barrels. Flooding the market with that much oil could drive the market down which would greatly affect the Arab nations. At first, experts believed that there was no oil in Israel, and people believed that Moses dragged Israel around the desert for 40 years to just give them a barren land, but as oil teams began looking at prophecy, they figured out exactly where to drill. The oil supply is even greater that that of Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Iran. These prophecies read-

Gen 49:1 …in the last days… Gen 49:25…blessings of the deep that lies beneath…
Deuteronomy 33:13 …Blessed of the Lord be his land, with the choice things of heaven, with the dew, and from the deep lying beneath. (19) …for they will draw out the abundance of the seas, and the hidden treasures of the sand. (24) More blessed than sons is Asher, may he be favored by his brothers, and may he dip his foot in oil.
These are just a few of the prophecies that have been fulfilled in the last days that bless Israel.

The Lord told Abraham, Those who bless you shall be blessed, and those who curse you shall be cursed. America has received blessings for supporting Israel, that is, 99.99% of the time. We are the big brother and protector of Israel. However, back in August of 2005, President Bush made a peace keeping mandate that Israel was to give back all of the land that was won during all the battles since Israel became a nation, even though Israel has never started the wars. The boundaries were to go back to the boundaries set up by Brittan in 1948. President Bush said that this mandate was to go into effect on August 29th, 2005. Was it President Bush’s place to step in and make this pact? He did this to try to make peace in the region. He was trying what Chamberlain tried back in 1939 with Hitler. He was trying to trade land for peace. But what the Almighty said was true, I will bless those who bless Israel, and I will curse those who curse Israel. So on August 29th, 2005 as an American President forced Israel to give up their lands, including part of the sacred temple mount, America was hit by the number one natural disaster of its time, Hurricane Katrina. Prophecy or just bad luck?

Example 8- This next example comes from Daniel and reveals to the day, when Jesus, the Son of God made his triumphant entry as the King of the Jews.

“Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks, the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.” Daniel 9:25

This prophecy is saying that from the command to rebuild Jerusalem (that was destroyed through the Babylonians) when Cyrus let the Jews go, until the time when the Messiah would come would be- 7 weeks + 62 weeks. Now in the scriptures, there are weeks of days (7), weeks of months (7) and weeks of years. (7) This is talking about weeks of years. 7 + 62 = 69 x 7 (the numeral value for the word weeks) = 483 divided by 360 days (Hebrew had 360 days in a year and not 365 as we do) in a Hebrew year = 173,880 days or 483 Hebrew years

The command to rebuild the temple came by Artaxerxes Longimanus on March 14, 445 B.C. Jesus triumphal entry into Jerusalem came on April 6th, 32 A.D. Exactly 173,880 days after the command to rebuild the temple. This was the only day He allowed Himself to be proclaimed as king. Just as Jews throughout Jerusalem were presenting their Passover lambs for acceptability, so Jesus also presented himself as the Passover Lamb for all mankind.
This amazing scripture is just one of 4 other scriptures that are found in Daniel 9. The first scripture says-
Seventy weeks (490 years) are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most holy. (Daniel 9:24)
- finish the transgression will come at the end of time
- to make an end of sins - this too will come at the end of time.
- to make reconciliation for iniquity - the Atonement of Jesus Christ.
- to bring in everlasting righteousness - will come at the end of time
- to seal up the vision and prophecy - will come at the end of time
- to anoint the most holy - will come at the end of time

Then we covered Daniel 9:25 above that talked about the 69 of the seventy weeks spoken of in Daniel 9:24.

Next verse- (After) threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off (Crucified), but not for himself, and the people of the prince (Rome) shall come and shall destroy the city (Jerusalem) and the sanctuary (Temple), and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. (this happened in 70 A.D. The end did come like a flood) Daniel 9:26

The word “After” at the beginning of the verse means that after the 62 weeks of years, there is a break in the time period. The 173,880 days that started at the laying down the foundation of the temple ended when Christ made his famous entry in on the donkey. It wasn’t until another 38 years had passed that Jerusalem and the temple was destroyed.

We are still in the break. We haven’t yet come to the seventieth week spoken in Daniel 9:24. We had 69 weeks until the coming of Jesus Christ the first time. It is this 70th or final week that has yet to come that the bible speaks of as the tribulation period. This is the time when the Anti Christ shall be made known. This is the period that the Judgments that are spoken in Revelation 6 thru 19 shall be poured out upon the world. It is the Battle of Gog and Magog that begins this period, and it is the Battle of Armageddon that ends this period. It is this last week or seven years that the world will see war poured upon the earth, more than man has ever seen in the history of man. Famines will follow with pestilence, as well as pandemics. It is during this time that we will see “stars fall to the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs,” Rev 6:13 Then will come hail and fire mingled with blood that will destroy a 3rd of the trees, and the grass. Rev 8:8

Will this hail and fire be a nuclear attack. In Zechariah 14:12-15 it says, their flesh all dissolve while they stand on their feet, their eyes shall dissolve in their sockets, and their tongues shall dissolve in their mouths….

Next comes the great burning mountain that is cast into the sea. The discovery channel states that there is a good chance that this is a Mount Saint Hellen’s type volcano that is forming a large bubble even now, located in the Virgin Islands, and that when it erupts, the lava flow will slide hundreds of miles per hour into the sea, killing a large part of the sea, and creating a massive tsunami that will slam into the East coast of the United States. Maybe this is why it states that a 3rd of the seas will turn to blood. Then we have the big star wormwood (Rev 8:10-11) that also brings with it a great destruction.
It says in Matt 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light. I am not quiet sure how the Almighty will pull this off, but as I watched the Discovery Channel it put on specials about an eruption of a Super Volcano that pours so much ash into the air that it blocks out the sun and the moon for years. On another show they said that a major asteroid collision would pretty much do the same thing.
I could go on and on and on, for it’s all spelled out completely in the Bible in prophecy. And bottom line, I think that the Almighty has a pretty good track record for His prophecies coming true. Everyday, Russia and Iran and the other major players are lining up with their secret combinations and their allegiances. The problem is, America isn’t listening. Our eyes are glued to our T.V. and to our Sports, and to our fornications and pornography, and to our nice beautiful homes and to a host of other things that keep us away from reading the scriptures.
I could go on with prophecies that have come true in amazing and powerful ways. This study has convinced me that those future prophecies that have yet to be fulfilled, might invite all to take a closer look so that we can prepare. The Battle of Gog and Magog will shortly be upon us, with a host of prophecies that will hit in rapid succession.
With the information that I have given you, you have 3 choices. 1st- Don’t believe a word I say and just keep on living the way you are going. 2nd- You can believe what I am saying, but do nothing, because you are not willing to change right now. You will change tomorrow, but not today. Or 3rd- you will prepare and be ready for whatever might come. After all, I hear Heaven is a pretty awesome place.
There was a song that I really like when I was in high school. It is called Welcome Home Children. It goes-
A great day is coming, when Heaven’s gate will open wide, and all how love the Lord will enter in, and joined with our loved ones, who unto Jesus Christ have died, our eternal life together will begin. And the Lord himself will greet us, oh what joy will fill that day, when with the smile of the proudest father, he will look to us and say,
Welcome home my children, this is the place I’ve prepared for you,
Welcome home my children, now that your work on earth is through,
Welcome home my children, you who have followed so faithfully,
Welcome home my children, Welcome home my children,
Here where I am ye shall always be, forever rejoicing with me.
I happen to think that living with God will be an amazing experience. It was Jesus who said, “In my Father’s house there are many mansions, therefore I go to prepare a place for you.” John 14;

An iteresting thing about USA is this tought that they will stay on Israels side in the last war. Not until a few years ago I heard of that and it is really interesting and it makes sense. BUT this claim of beeing a country chosen by God, also makes many even more irritated thowards USA.
I am not American, I have visited there a few times, but I have ears and cant help hearing how people talk about USA more and more negatively. Many are hurt by this arrogant "word police" role USA has taken. Many think that the countries should be allowed to take care of their businesses themselves and they accuse USA of interferring other countries leadership, because of their own interests. And then there are the whys...Why Vietnam why not... why Irak why not....

It is commonly known around here (big thing in news), that CIA forgered and gave wrong information to leaders about Iraks war plants, that were supposed to produce gasss or athomweapons. The whole reason to go in to Irakt was proved later to be a big hoax. It was said, that the real reason for USA was that USA wants to lead the oil fields, power.

I see the same thing happening in peoples lives. Those that shout loudest get their way and soon their ideas become common sense and the right way of doing things, which does NOT mean the thing is right... like before it was the right thing to do to get married...then some loud ones started to talk that you do not need to marry, who says you need to marry and why we who livetogether cant have the same rights as those married, we need to have same rights....and soon there is no reason for people to marry, unless they believe in it!

Same here the loud ones read the news negative to USA and make a lot of noice pulling everyone who dont know better with them... In fact there is NO proof that USA is in Irak only to liberate the people..... Anyway for a schoolboy it may even get dangerous to come out with USA positive remarks.

One thing I sometimes wonder : how about Asia, Africa and Australia in the last days and also the Scandinavian countries are never mentioned. Ofcourse I think that especially finnish people are of 10 tribes and maybe that is why they dont mention them especially...except when talking about the 10 tribes...
Btw. the new archeology is reveling that it was the finnish people that were first in the whole scandinavia... maybe finnish is fonetic latin backwords....

I forgot to tell that in 80s there was talk about how dangerous it was to take train from Moscowa to Helsinki as they used that route to get the athomic stuff out of USA and some stupid ignorent youth had taken the stuff in his bag over boarder... he had at elast got really sickand probably some who travelled with him got sick too.... unless he died...

but as I watched the Discovery Channel it put on specials about an eruption of a Super Volcano that pours so much ash into the air that it blocks out the sun and the moon for years.

Actually the erruption of Krakatow did something like this in the 1800s, in fact thousands of Europeans died of starvation due to losing a planting season when the summer was cold and ther was rain and snow in Europe.

Also, if you read the account in the Book of Mormon just before Jesus visits the Nephites you find a very good account of what happens when a major eruption takes place. Many of these facts of volcanology were only discovered in the 20th, Century.

Everyday, Russia and Iran and the other major players are lining up with their secret combinations and their allegiances. The problem is, America isn’t listening.
