I guess those who support traditional marriage will keep their children home on Harvey Milk Day.

Sad... Solely a bow to the special interest group of gay activism.

I'm having trouble following Schwarzenegger's (spelling?) logic on passing SB 54. So, the State of California recognizes gay marriages performed outside the state, but it doesn't recognize those performed inside the state? It's not going to be long before lawyers try to strike down Proposition 8, pointing to this as evidence that the state of California has no right to deny gays the right to marry within state boundaries.

Sad day indeed... And Harvey Milk Day! Why not celebrate the achievements of a man who spent less than a year in office, and who was assassinated because he opposed a nutjob's re-appointment as City Supervisor? Another nod to special interests groups.
