What do you think of BANGS?
A few months ago I decided to grow my bangs out. I have had bangs now for most of my adult life and thought I wanted a change. Now I am not so sure, they are down to my lips now and I have noticed that bangs are coming back in style!

Getting rid of my bangs was one of the best things I ever did for myself. The transition is difficult, but once it's all grown out, it's worth it. I started on it at the same time I was trying to grow out the worst perm in the world.

Don't look so much at fashion. Look at your face and features. Someone with a high forehead looks better in bangs. I have a high forehead and thin hair. I haven't had bangs for a long time until about a year ago when my hairdresser insisted on giving me a new cut which included bangs. Much, much better looking.

I wear bangs, so long as they are done right they look nice.
The only negative is the upkeep. I usually change my hair so often that it's not really a problem, but right now while i'm growing my hair out my bangs look horrible, only the split ends are getting trimmed. So they are getting pinned out of my face for the moment.

I like bangs much better than booms. Booms generaly imply caustic chemical reactions, and those are never good. I only get bangs in the kitchen, and my wife says that has something to do with my never having studdied ballet. But at all costs avoid the ka-bangs!

You do notice that none of us seems to know what he's talking about, I hope.

Good, because I'm going to chime.
Bangs can be good or bad (depending on your face) BUT bangs that hang in or over your eyes are annoying, especially if you are brushing them to the side every 15 or 20 seconds to clear a path for vision. Please find a hairdo that can stay in place without the constant aid of your hand. Those in the process of growing out their bangs to eliminate them altogether are excused, as this is only a transitional stage.

Ha, ha! I know a lady who has her bangs like that on purpose (at least i assume it's on purpose since they never seem to get longer and never get cut short). Drives me crazy. I don't know how she stands it.
I agree bangs are good or bad depending on your face. I haven't had bangs for years, they don't look good on me.
