I'm hoping to see Florida bumped off that #1 slot. Either way, the top 5 is inevitably going to change this weekend. Some of the "experts" seem to think that VT should be on upset alert as well. I'm not so sure about that one.

As I posted before, Wisconsin has beaten Ohio State 3 of the last 4 games in Ohio. So. #9 may fall also. If so, I'll return when my tears dry.

A Utah man, sir, and will be till I die;

We're game for any fuss,
No other gang of college men
dare meet us in the muss.
So fill your lungs and sing it out and

We'll fight for dear old Crimson,
for a Utah man am I.

No real upsets last week. Florida was favored to defeat LSU and they did. Texas and Alabama flipped. Everyone moved up because of LSU loss. Miami showed up this week.
WEEK 7 OCTOBER 17
1. Florida
2. Alabama
3. Texas
4. Virginia Tech
5. Boise Sate
6. USC
7. Ohio State
8. Cincinnati
9. Miami
10. LSU
No top 10 playing each other this week. If any of these lose it will be by upset.

I believe it is Texas/Oklahoma. Good game so far...
Don't know why this game is not played in late November. I know that it is probably OK/OK State then, but I would think that this game would rank as a more bitter rivalry...

TX/OU. It's played every year at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas, which is almost exactly halfway between Austin and Norman, OK. It's THE game of the year for the Big 12.
Dang, Arkansas came sooooo close to toppling Florida!!!
