Humans are born with 300 bones in their body, however when a person reaches adulthood they only have 206 bones. This occurs because many of them join together to make a single bone.

Even though I am not a Orthopedic Doctor, I always curious of the tail bone development in the fetus. Perhaps something of the order of eternal progression from a lesser form.

Jonathan,an 176 year old tortoise was recently discovered as the world's oldest animal.This after they identified him as the same tortoise in a photo taken during the Boer War.At the time of the photo Jonathan was already 70 years old.
