Absolutely LOVE to read---will read anything put in front of me---cereal boxes, assembly instructions, want ads. Favorite books are youth fantasy, since most of what is put out for adults these days is garbage. (morals-wise)

I do like Mary Higgins Clark for murder mysteries.
Old favorites are Jane Eyre and To Kill a Mockingbird.

Soft rock.

Favorites:

While You Were Sleeping
The Fugitive
To Kill a Mockingbird

Love to read. Swim whenever I get the chance, which is not often (no swimming pool in town). Garden---I do flowers, can't seem to grow anything edible and I'm more a "grasshopper" than an "ant" so I like pretty stuff versus practical. I have done some writing in the past, a few short stories published in the New Era in the late 90's, maybe in 2000 too, I don't remember. Now all I write is our family Christmas newsletter. (Know of any markets for LDS short stories? The New Era stopped publishing them in 2000, wanting to do real-life stories rather than fiction.) I like to create things---give me a theme and I can put together a lesson, party, project.

Hi, I'm a (nearly) 48-year old mother of five; oldest went to the Philippines on his mission and is home now. My second boy is in the MTC currently, headed for Chile. Two boys in between and a little 4-year old girl is the caboose.
I majored in English at BYU, minored in French. Served a mission. Currently living in a small town--great people here, but I don't really have a friend to do things with. (Not much to do. My husband and I go to Maverick for a cocoa for a "date".) Husband is a nurse anesthetist.
