I do not know how it works in other Temple Districts that are currently using new.familysearch but, in our dstrict, Nauvoo, we are awaiting roll-out.  Currently, for us you have to be called as a FHC consultant or director or other position on be a priesthood leader to access the nfs program.  I do know that the next goal is for all members to have access from their home computers..this will be after all the Temple Districts worldwide are using nfc..that is my understanding


There are several missions one can serve for FHC as well, using your own home computer.
