Writing, reading, movies, traveling, sci-fi conventions

Well...I've been exposed to the church for almost 10 years now. I met my best and closest friend in life that long ago, in seventh grade gym class. She is of course, LDS. And off and on for 10 years I have been going to church with her. And finally, this past September, I decided to take the missionary lessons because of a fantastic series I began to read, The Work and the Glory. But, for the rest of my conversion story...see it under testimonies. Anyway...right now, I am going to school for Anthropology and Creative Writing...planning to do both someday. But hopefully, I will fall back on writing full time. My all time dream is to be a published and well known fantasy author, with some screenplays out there too. Most recently, those dreams will be going on hold because I am studying to go on a mission by hopefully, next year. This Spring '08 semester will be the last until I come back from a mission, with exception of one last class that I need to finish to get my AA in Anthro. Anyway...that's what's going on now. I'm a reader, writer, movie freak, science fiction/fantasy fanatic that thinks the best vacations are weekends at sci/fi conventions. Like Stargate, Battlestar Galactica, Farscape, and Firefly...anyway, that's me in a nutshell...
