SUBJECT: Hard Times
LOCATION: Bakersfield, United States
I would just like to say that I have a strong testimony of my Heavenly Father and the Gospel...I married a wonderful man in 1979 in the Los Angeles Temple. We have always have felt the helpfulness of Prayer and Fasting during our marriage. We have had 2 children with a lifelong illness that can come and go. I helped a disabled women and became very ill from her, I came very close to dying and now have lifelong illnesses that make it very difficult to go to church. My children have been very sad about the situation but I try to remind them of all the blessings that we have been blessed with as a result also. My Heavenly Father has blessed us through our marriage because of Prayers and Fasting, which I am very grateful.
