I have been home teaching alot more these days and helping out other members with outside work Its refreshing to know that a lil help is always there for many.
I thank my heavenly father as recently i was stabbed by a friend of a less active family my ward was helping out.
i used to be a hard angry man but have noticed since the stabbing i have mellowed out and i believe its due to our heavenly father and the priesthood i hold, for it was a blessing i received while i was in an Intensive care Unit from my bishopric that i remembered the most and the feeling of peace that came over me. even though its still before the courts i have nothing bad to say about the less active family as it wasn't them who did this but even so i hold nothing to the man who did do it as he justs needs our heavenly fathers love but hasnt found it for himself yet.
Today i think if i wasn't so into the churches doctrine and policies and procedures i would have lost it or even had of been called back to our heavenly father early lol But seriously i now see that the priesthood and the blessings come to those whom are loyal and those whom are always ready to serve our great church
