SUBJECT: Hill Cumorah Pageant
LOCATION: Orem, United States
A great way to learn about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is to attend the Hill Cumorah Pageant held in Palmyra, New York, each July. Having been raised on the East Coast, I had the opportunity to participate in this incredible and inspirational production. My experiences in the Sacred Grove and on the Hill Cumorah confirmed in my mind and heart that God lives and loves me. He restored His gospel through Joseph Smith, so I may be blessed today by having The Book of Mormon and other scriptures to witness to the truths of the Holy Bible. I am further blessed by having a living prophet, Thomas S Monson, to guide us in this challenging and changing world. He and our other leaders continually teach and pray for us to remember our Savior, Jesus Christ, and recognize His Grace and Atonement in our lives. Christ is our Cornerstone, our Rock.
