Written statements of faith:

POSTED BY: Akaumavae
DATE: 28.08.2008
SUBJECT: My 1st ever testimony.
LOCATION: Auckland, New Zealand
I would like to say my testimony of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am so very thankful for our loving Father in Heaven who strives for us to return to him again. I am so thankful for the power of prayer. I know that each one of us have a direct line to heaven through prayer. I know that he hears and answers each one of our prayers. I know that the power of priesthood is real. I know that if we just have faith and believe, anything can happen. I am so thankful that my father in law, brother in laws and husband holds that special power. I know he loves and cares for each one of us, and the he will help us in any way that he can. I know that President Thomas S. Monson is a true prophet of our Heavenly Father. I know that we must always listen to his counsel and make the proper actions because he directly communicates with our Heavenly Father. i know that Joseph Smith restored the gospel for us. I am so thankful for my family and my in laws, and for all the many wonderful things they do for me. I know for a surety of the truthfulness of the gospel. I love my Saviour and my Heaven Father and though while I do not 100% know the gospel inside and out. I understand and lovingly accept of my Heavenly Father's plan for us, His children. I love the scriptures and know they have a divine purpose for those who honestly seek after knowledge and truth. I love my husband so much he's being so great to me in the past year we have been togeather. Hopefully he will return to the gospel and become active and worthy that we may one day be sealed in the temple for eternity and for all times. I love my husband and my family and I bare my testimony in thy name of Jesus Christ, AMEN.
