Written statements of faith:

POSTED BY: Tough Grits
DATE: 03.07.2008
SUBJECT: Gratitude
LOCATION: Rural GA, United States
I have a testimony of the truthfulness of the gospel. I know that Heavenly Father is my eternal father, that Jesus Christ is his son and the Savior, and that the Holy Ghost is a witness to Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.

I know that I have much to be grateful for. I have a greater peace and love in my life as a result of having found the gospel. No matter what trial or hardship comes into my life, I can take comfort in knowing that Heavenly Father loves me, and that He is always ready to guide me and lead me. Having the gospel in my life has not made my life perfect, or without trial, or without hardship, but having the gospel has allowed me to keep going with a brightness of hope despite the hardship or trial.

I am grateful for the peace and comfort that Heavenly Father's love has given to me. I hope that I will always be able to remember to give gratitude to Heavenly Father for all that He has given to me.

In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

~Tough Grits
