SUBJECT: my testimony
LOCATION: oneonta, United States
I want to bear my testimony that the promise in Moroni is true! Tonight I finally prayed to know if the Book of Mormon is true and Heavenly Father was true to his word . I was answered beyond a shadow of a doubt in fact I heard the Lord in my inner being speak to me. It was a gift that brought tears to my eyes. And thus I also bear witness that Joseph Smith is a Prophet.
For a few weeks I have been reading but I was afraid to ask if it was true. That probably sounds silly to some of you but I was frightened that if I asked it would mean a major change in my life something I was afraid of. But today I spoke to a missionary online and he was so helpful and he told me to pray and all would work out! He was right and although all I know is his first name John I pray Heavenly Father will let him know.
I also called my local missionarys to come and give me the lessons. Thats the other thing I have not had any contact with the Church as of yet, so another blessing has entered my life. Hopefully soon you will be able to call me " Brother!"
If you have not yet prayed to know if this is the truth please do for I know our Heavenly Father will answer you if you ask with a sincere heart! Blessings to all....
