SUBJECT: Testimony of a lost sheep
LOCATION: Rainbow City, United States
I would like to bear to you my testimony that I know deep in my heart that this church is true and that Joseph Smith did restore the true church. I also bear my testimony that I support and pray daily for our church leaders no matter where they are. I was born into the church and was inactive off and on for years. I fell away from the church (all churches) and went through some really bad times and things that made me feel like I could never go back. I was wrong! I also had my feelings hurt when I was released from my first church calling and instead of being patient and waiting for the true reason I was released...I stopped going and denied myself and my family the blessings of the church. I finally had to realize that church members do not have to be perfect to go to church. I also had a dream where I was told "Perfect people cannot be taught because they know all and do not need teaching." So now when I go to church I look and see all the people who are like me. We are not perfect but we are willing to learn. My faith and the missionaries helped convert my husband last sunday. He was Baptist and his parents were against him becoming a member. The missionaries prayed and he was converted and I have not seen him so happy and content as he is now.
I bear these things to you in the name of Jesus Christ ...AMEN
