SUBJECT: 3 Nephi 11
LOCATION: Denver,
I believe the Book of Mormon is literally true.  I know the engravers sometimes said we need to forgive them if they made errors.  Also because they couldn't express themselves as clearly in Egyptian as they could in Hebrew.  So there might be some places where it can be taken two ways, or where it might be difficult to understand.  I believe this is to test us, to see if we can choose the right even when the way is not clear before us.  I think more emphasis should be put on 3 Nephi 11.  I believe this chapter can do more to convert people even than Moroni 10:4.  Was it Ezra Taft Benson who said we should be using the Book of Mormon to answer all questions people ask about the church.  Until we do that, I do not believe we will receive further revelation to move the church forward.  We have to do our part before the Lord can do his.  Everything depends on us.
