English. Have a great desire to learn Italian, German and maybe Russian someday

Harry Potter fan for sure (books though, not so much the movies. Theyre ok). Love Historical fiction is probably my favorite type of book, esp church and American history such as Work and the Glory, Prelude to Glory and others that I have not yet been able to read but own & am sure they will be favorites too. I love books & would someday really like to write & have published childrens picture books.

Love music! I enjoy all kinds of music. Listen most often to alternative & rock. But really enjoy classical, some country, some R & B (mostly the older stuff) broadway, opera, easy listening, spiritual. You get the picture :)

All time favorite movie is Somewhere in Time. Also love National Treasure, Notting Hill and just recently added to the very top of my list would have to be P.S. I Love You! Also really enjoy Peter Sellers Pink Panther movies, other goofy comedies and of course classic movies, Bringing up Baby being one of my favorites! Love musicals!!!

Scrapbooking!!! Working out/excercize (although havent done it for quite awhile), playing w/my 3 kids with playing chase or "I'm gonna get you" games w/my 2 littlest guys as 1 of my favorites. Camping but havent done it for awhile. Traveling. I'm a lia sophia Advisor and really enjoy that. Going to the movies, listening to music and really getting into singing along! Rockband is kinda fun :)

Hi lsgthatsme,
I was wondering if you could take a moment and watch this video of Elder Holland talking about God's Words Never Cease. Be sure to add a rating and comment. Thank you so much!

Dear lsg,

Just stopping by to say hi and how are you.  Things on this end are interesting.  Life certainly hasn't been boring.  Every time I turn around there's some new thing going on.

I've updated a few things at my site.  I actually uploaded some pictures.  I'd like to put some music on there, but haven't found a secure place from which to upload a music player.

Bear is back on my lap again.  He's made himself quite at home and is putting in some pretty heavy z's.

I've been working on my calling.  I've been keeping our ward history for the last year.  I just love how using the computer makes it so simple.  I just open a new file at the beginning of the year and each Sunday I spend a little time writing a summary of the weeks events.  At the end of the year, all I have to do is print off a copy and send it to the Stake.   I'm glad this one is simple because I have a number of other callings to keep up with, too.

Well, it's late so I guess I'd better get some sleep.  We get up pretty early around here.  Bet you do the same with your family.

Take care and hope to hear from you soon.

By the way, my husband and I changed our user name.  Instead of EastPatchogue, we're now PeaceRoseRest.

Thank you. The picture that you say was my niece and my nephew. By the way I am a Senior in High School.

Read your message about the movies you like.  Did you know they have a "Somewhere In Time" reunion every year?  You could probably find information for it on the Internet if you'd care to plan a fun vacation around it.

I saw that you visited my site and thought I would take a few minutes to get back to you.

You must be a busy one raising 3 active boys.  It reminds me of my sister.  She kept hoping for a girl, but that never happened until her boys all grew up.  Now she has one daughter-in-law, one "might become a daughter-in-law".  The oldest son still hasn't made up his mind about anything yet so he doesn't even have a girlfriend.  I'm not sure if he's even looking.

You seem to be new to the site, too.  I just signed on a couple of days ago.  So far it's been fun looking around at other people's sites to see what they've done with them.  Mine still looks a bit sparse.  I don't have a lot up yet.  I'll have to look around over the next few weeks and see what inspirespiration I get.

It's almost time to take the dog for a walk.  He's a patient little thing - especially when I'm working on the computer.  He gets this look in his eyes that tells me he knows I'm going to be busy for a while.  I try to get him involved, too.  I pull him up on my lap and let him look around at what I'm doing.  He likes that.

Well, got to go for now.  Still have other sites to visit before I head out the door.

Thanks for stopping by!  Take care and have a great day!

Welcome.  It is good to know we are not alone, and can help each other in our times of trials.  I'm glad you are here.
