ABOUT ME
I am a lifetime member of the church who grew up in the states. I have one son from my first marriage who is 11. His name is Joshua. He has Autism and is a wonderful little boy. I am unable to have more children. This is a deep heartache for me. My first husband left me for another woman 4 years ago. I met my DH on an LDS Singles site. He is from Quebec so we lived there for 3 years. He graduated from University this summer and we moved to tiny, very isolated Flin Flon, Manitoba in August where he is teaching French Immersion to 5th and 6th graders. My life has been full of challenges but I see how they are shaping and refining me. I have also developed a very strong relationship with my Savior and rock solid faith for which I am very thankful.

Hi mustardseed, You asked about the Vancouver Temple. From what I could find out, it is just under construction now and should be finished early 2010.

thanks for the comment! i know what you mean! yesterday morning when i went in to say goodbye to bry (14) he threw his arms around me and was all "mommy, you just stay here with me today cuz I love you!!" he's so cute!

     I've jst read some things about you. Nice to know you also have a 11 year old son. I've learned that he has autism, well, you're a great mom indeed for having such a special child. You know i've handled kids here in the Philippines with autism, ADHD, and some special kids and i love playing with them. I'm happy when I'm  with them and forget my problem. My You know sister,there are reasons and purpose why you were'nt able to have another child. For you to focus more on Joshua. He's a wonderful boy like what you have said. I admire you for what you have experienced. I believe you're a strong woman and will be more stronger..
