Just recently, I visited an art museum, where they had an exhibit based on symbols of Christ. I was lucky enough to have perused if briefly while visiting another exhibit, then hear a lecture on the symbol exhibit, as well as participate in a guided tour. It was fascinating. Well in New Testament class we had Rita Wrights visit and talk about the exhibit in the museum of art focused on the savior. She talked about different things to look at ways of seeing the divinity implied in the works, showing several in class. Then the next class period we had the opportunity to visit the museum of Art.
