Be slow to anger and criticism.  These are a very difficult qualities to cultivate unless you add patience, love and prayer.

The heart has to be the most misunderstood part of the human body. It amazes me how it works so independently from the other parts . The brain sees warning signs, and will usually heed the warnings being given. The heart, not so much. Ask a person in love to tell you why they love someone, and if it is a true, pure love, chances are they will not be able to tell you exactly why.

i was aloe seem i became a member of the church...i have friends but not real... i was looking fot he real one who will be there to be freind...

as a return missionary it is not easy.. people expect you to be more reverent.. got high standards.. i pobey all of these things.
