Sometimes you just have to stop for a moment and look at life in general and ask where your focus is. This week several people have come to me and said all they see is trouble, problems and no where to turn to. In my New Testament class, we discussed how John's Gospel has a completely different tone than the other Gospels. John gives a more interpretive account of Jesus' life, and it seems that his fundamental message is to communicate to every reader who Jesus really was - Christ, the Son of God and Savior of the world.
