True loves hope:

True Loves hope:
I look up through the dark of night, I try to keep up the good fight. I listen to the word of God and all day through. I try to find the one just right and true. True love is so hard to find, Enough to make you lose your mind. A friend that is so right and true, And one that will be there for you,To share the load and share the strife, and be there for the best days of your life.
Sometimes love can be so hard to see, Yet is worth the chance to try for you and me... Read More

Signs
Posted On 09/05/2008 13:11:47 by bmrushing
I have had so many signs and answers to prayers that it is hard to remember them all. Here are a few... I was about to lose my car and was told by the finance company that they could not wait til the end of the week when I would get paid to pay it I had placed the letter of reposession in my BOM and I prayed all during my lunch hour. "The mission president was J. Howard Maughan, an agricultural professor from Utah State and former Utah State and former stake president. In our opening interview in the mission home in Cambridge he asked if I had a testimony of the gospel. I said I di... Read More

Richard Bushman, My Belief, pt. 1

The origins for this series can be found in "My Belief, Reprinted from BYU Studies 25:2 (1985)". It was originally an essay that appeared in "A Thoughtful Faith: Essays on Belief by Mormon Scholars, ed. Philip L. Barlow (Salt Lake City: Canon Press, 1986)."

I know ignorance of the law does not excuse the individual for breaking it; so with that being said, I don't know if I can or cannot reprint this article in part or in whole? If someone wants to write BYU Studies and inform them of w... Read More
