I have been listening to "The Life and Teachings of Joseph Smith" on CD while I commute (I drive about 2 hours per day) and I have learned some very interesting and wonderful things about the first prophet of this dispensation. Today, I listened to the lecture on the law of consecration and it revealed to me how giving, how generous, and how loving the Prophet Joseph Smith was. Where Charity is Practiced

The Church of Jesus Christ is a Chruch of Love. This is where the Principles of charity is being taught correctly and seriously and has been applied by the members. This is where Pure Religion is practiced. For me, Charity is my ultimate covenant with the Lord even my baptismal covenant that qualifies me to be a member in the Fold of God.
