Peace reigns at last

  Tatay finally confessed.  After more than a decade of spinning lies, the truth is out. A part of me died along with his confession.  I guess, crazy as it may seem I had hoped that things were different. His confession sealed the deal - everything is real.

Failure in The Home

I have shied away from writing something overly personal here.  Although, I have posted several blogs on heartbreaks and stuff, I have always tried to hide it behind creativity.  Often, I masked the pain with ample ounces of humor and play with words.

But, I guess I have learned to trust this site more.

Temples and Families

On Thursday of last week, I had the opportunity to walk through the Draper temple for its open house. Since so many people get to attend this open house, the tour was a silent one, which brought an even greater sense of peace and reverence while in the temple. I tried to take in every detail, the different features of each room, the paintings, while reflecting on the significance of the ordinances that will be performed there.
