The Second, Much Longer Letter
Posted On 04/19/2008 13:36:50 by Lexish

Yesterday I got a second letter from Ryan. Don't worry, I'm not just relating what the letter says, because I am positive that for anyone except me that would incredibly boring. I was really excited to hear that he is doing well (and that the cooking at the MTC isn't as good as mine!)

I realized while I was writing a letter this morning that it has not taken very long to realize what sorts of things are really important and which things I really want to talk about with him. Earlier this... Read More

The First Letter
Posted On 04/14/2008 20:07:23 by Lexish

Today I sat by the window at my house for a very long time. I just knew that I would get my first letter from Ryan, I just HAD to! I watched for the mail truck and it came, and I went and talked to the woman for a few minutes. Finally she gave me my mail, lo and behold! there it was. Oh, I smiled way too much, if anyone had seen me they would have thought me to be a crazy woman for sure. But I just couldn't help it, because Ryan wrote me a letter! yes!

It was a really good letter, also.... Read More

Four Days Down, Seven-Hundred-and-Twenty-Six To Go...
Posted On 04/12/2008 17:46:38 by Lexish

It has begun, so maybe a blog should also. On wednesday my boyfriend, my best friend, a fellow known around here as "SanctitasDeo", LEFT ME for the Lord! (Sorry, I just wanted to say that). I, however, I am stuck in Texas, finishing my senior year of high school, thinking about him more than worrying about grades.

We dated for a while, more than a year, before he left. When I say 'best friend'... Read More

My journey
Posted On 03/25/2008 19:20:48 by wsvirtue
Seven years ago I started a journey to find the life I abandoned at age 19. I looked t the Lord to heal me with his stripes and to love me with his mercy. I have felt so much pain during this journey, unspeakable pain. I've been at the point where I just wanted to be gone to not feel anything. Recently I've gone through the most pain I've ever felt with my family being broken apart! I have layed on the floor crying uncontrollably, crying to God to ease my burden and to lead my children and I thr... Read More

Welcome to Lizard's Lounge
Posted On 03/04/2008 06:03:50 by Lizards

G'Day and welcome to my lounge. You'll find me flat out like a lizard drinking. I was built for comfort, not for speed.

I love the Gospel very much and love church --- pity all the other people have to be there though!

I like to have fun and joke around, but I can be serious too--- watch me...

Don't even think about saying anything against reptiles, coz they are my family of choice and I love them very much.

Did you... Read More
