Mr. Lee Loomis
Posted On 04/15/2008 23:17:55 by Grandma
There has been something has been on my mind lately that I simply must attend to.  First, please let me say that I have been a devout member of the Church ever since I can remember.  The only time I recall not attending to my Sunday duties was exactly 23 years ago when I was too weak to get out of bed due to an illness. I wept for hours and oh how guilty I felt not summoning the energy to serve the Lord that day. There seems to be something brewing on the internet that concerns me deeply.  All... Read More

Honoring Husbands
Posted On 04/11/2008 02:28:50 by Tamrajh
I have noticed for quite a while that there are often discussions around how men should honor  their wives and treat them with respect. Love them, put them on a pedastool, all that kind of thing. Seven years ago I started a journey to find the life I abandoned at age 19. I looked t the Lord to heal me with his stripes and to love me with his mercy. I have felt so much pain during this journey, unspeakable pain. I've been at the point where I just wanted to be gone to not feel anything. Recently I've gone through the most pain I've ever felt with my family being broken apart! I have layed on the floor crying uncontrollably, crying to God to ease my burden and to lead my children and I thr... Read More

My oldest daughter

Easter Sunday my oldest daughter sent me and everyone in her address book a text message. I was so impressed with it that i wanted to post it here for everyone to read. Here it is: It was jesus Christ who died for us, who said, "No man cometh unto the Father but by me." He lives today so we may overcome death as he did, he lives so we may live. Remember Him ths Easter Sunday as you go about your Easter fun:) "The Lord is my rock and my fortress, and my deliverer."" Happy Easter Like I said,... Read More
