When good people go bad, the iron rod path
Posted On 06/07/2008 09:27:12 by Aurorasungem
What is the nature of good versus evil? What makes a good person go bad? What can I do to help someone who has turned to evil? Sometimes in life things can turn very ugly in a hurry. People you thought you knew and trusted can turn Jeckle and Hyde and do things that you would never even think they were capable of, but they still do. People can make unwise decisions, even people who you thought were the strongest ones in the church and do things or make mistakes that shake those closest to them.... Read More

Freedom Is Not Free

Today is Memorial Day. This is a day that is set aside to remember and honor the brave men and women who presently serve in the armed forces, but more importantly, it is a day that is set aside to commemorate those who have served and have given their lives to protect the freedoms that we so cherish. No, not really.  If my life began and ended with work, then I would be correct in saying that my day/week was awful. But I have a blessed miracle in my life.  My life DEFINIT... Read More

Not one tear lost
Posted On 05/13/2008 10:28:28 by Aurorasungem
I spend my life fighting off the tears I spend my life fighting all my fears yet I look up and find a shining ray that brightens life and helps throughout my day I look up when darkness closes round I look to him when all the storms surround I stand my ground for what I know is right Someday I know that I'll win the fight Not one lament ever falls on his ears not one tear falls that ever disappears he knows them all and feels the heartfelt pain and not a single tear lost in the falling rain I kn...
