Feelings about General Conference

I'm not sure I can express in words how I feel about General Conference, but I'll try.
 
To have the privilege of watching live a prophet of God, Twelve Apostles and other General Authorities, men and women, speak the Lord's will, counsel, exhortation, His concern, love, and encouragement for us, and actually feeling their personal concern and love for each one of us is more than amazing. All the effort and diligence they put into it shows how much they really and deeply care for us.... Read More



Christians, LDS, the Bible, and Polygamy

Polygamy is a hot topic for all Christians as the Bible supports it.  Recently, the LDS church has been associated with the FLDS polygamist groups in Texas as well. As the LDS tries to distance itself from those who still practice it, it is hard for them to do because LDS doctrine still supports polygamy.
