My experience at the Temple

A friend from my branch told me toady, "You got kicked out of your home and into the Temple".I've thought about that off and on today. It hurt really bad when my wife kicked me out, but she did me a favor. I could not go to the temple under the conditions that existed. I have been blessed with a new life. One where I am a faithfull and devoted member of the true church of Jesus Christ! You can not serve two masters or you will hate the one and love the other. I serve one master and he is the lig... This weekend is Stake Conference, the first under our new stake president. Last nights adult session was one of the most powerful I have attended in sometime.  As we entered the chapel we were each given a slip of paper with a name date and place, blue slips for the brothers, and pink for the sisters.  As the 1st speaker came to the podium, about 20 to 25 individuals walked in and made thier way to the stand, we were instructed to look at our names and think about how it would be to kn... Temple Ordinances or Jesus for Salvation?

wedding vs marriage

Wedding verse Marriage
With this blog I have members of my church more in mind, but applies to all. In class, we discussed the wisdom and importance in having the spiritual aspect of your wedding day more a priority than the social aspect.
