The Blessing of Initiatories

I had the opportunity to go the temple with my husband on Friday night and it was magnificent. We were both very tired and we decided an endowment session might not be the best choice for us, so we decided to do initiatories intead, which we had not done in more than 1 year. Grateful for the Temple

Thursday, February 28, 2008Through some stroke of luck, my class was cancelled and my wife didn't have to go to her student teaching today. We decided to make the most of the time we had together and we headed for the Temple.  Today I re-remembered why the temple means so much to me and why God wants us to attend.  With tests coming up, reports coming due, and decisions about Grad School coming on, it was good to step away from it all for a couple of hours and let the Spirit remind me...
