Over the past week, I've notice how many of the people I know have been going through rough times. Some of those people have had a really hard time dealing with there problems and I really wish I could just take away that suffering from them. I know that I may act like a passive person, or that I am really passive about life, that I just don't care, but in reality it is the opposite of that. It involves several concepts, such as tailoring to the audience, considering cultural differences, and communication used for persuasion. A great deal of communication between individuals is done in a manner of persuading the other to think or act (or stop from thinking or acting) in certain ways. May I also include persuasion towards belief.    Although there may be many specific methods of persuasion, they can be gro... Read More

Well my baptisam was a great day, I finally found what was missing in my life. For a number of months and years (when I think about it). I found that something was missing in my life I spent a long time trying to find what was missing in my life. I was brought up as a methodist so had a ground of the gospel. But there was something missing I had so many questions, but no way of finding the answers. Then in 2002 I had an experiance that really made me question why I was put on this earth.... Read More
