Pure Religion
Posted On 09/27/2008 07:55:08 by penha
"Certainly one of our God-given privileges is the right to choose what our attitude will be in any given set of circumstances. We can let the events that surround us determine our actions—or we can personally take charge and rule our lives, using as guidelines the principles of pure religion. Pure religion is learning the gospel of Jesus Christ and then putting it into action. Nothing will ever be of real benefit to us until it is incorporated into our own lives."

Living...

In the last few months have discovered a wonderfull thing, about this thing that we call life. I've realized that I was not living at all, I used to think that I was actually living, but I realize that I was only living my past and letting my past rule over my present, and I would worry about the future, when the future dosent even exist. Basiclly the point I'm tring to make is the reason many I feel lose that way in the first place is "EVELUTION" people adappt to thier surroundings. The more I hung o... Read More

God's Children...
Posted On 09/20/2008 12:09:50 by Tough Grits
Is it possible to love my children any more than I do? I could sit on my page here at LDS.net all day and listen to the music and watch the beautiful pics of my kids.  I also have one of those new photo frames that displays pics from a memory card.  My step-dad bought it for me last Christmas.  I love watching the pics scroll through. It is so amazing how we have technology that catches a beautiful moment, a precious face forever so that we can look at it over and over again. It... Read More
