The last flight of an old friend

I stood on the flight line this morning and heard and old friend fly over...I remember when it was new and strong, yet now it lookedd worn and tired...The last time I saw it the wings were black and sharp, yet now it had proven that it could perform what it needed to perform, and it is tired the lines of tape running down its wing shows the weather was not so good to it, the peide of the crew that accompanied it knowing this was the last flight made me feel empty... The Blessing of Initiatories

I had the opportunity to go the temple with my husband on Friday night and it was magnificent. We were both very tired and we decided an endowment session might not be the best choice for us, so we decided to do initiatories intead, which we had not done in more than 1 year. New puppy

Hi everyone. I am sorry I have delayed a bit in writing, but I have some new pets and my hands have been a tad full lately.  My new puppy is teething, so I have to chase after him a lot, lol.  He even teeths on my clothes!  I am training him not to though.  Right now he is on my lap trying to go after the keyboard, the buttons on my shirt, and my other dog.  It makes for a wild morning, lol.

March 4th, 2008:As sad as it might sound, I was having a hard time identifying the hand of God during my day yesterday.  As I try to do each night, I reflected on the day  to remember certain times during the day where God had showed His love to me.  Last night I was struggling.Before I gave up, I asked my wife for help, hoping that she could do a better job at identifying the Lord's hand.
