Hey Nana-

Anyone is welcome to join the Mission Prep Club. I run the BYU Mission Prep Club and I started that group just in case the members of the club want to use it in the future.

The best way to use it would probably be to post questions, comments, stories, etc... on it and let everybody answer, build on, sare along, etc.... It might be a fun place to announce mission calls, missionary updates, missionary success stories, and so on.

I'm excited to see what you and your friends pu up there.

Best Wishes,

Rusty

ps- I checked out your hub. It looks great. The only thing I might suggest is make it a little simpler. There's so much good stuff on there it might be easy for someone to get lost or confused. Maybe sub categories would do the trick?

Hi Nana,

"They" are the people who don't want to think, debate and perhaps lose. I think it is possible to have an adult debate without it escalating into a shouting match. I have actually had that happen, but it's only been one or two times.

So, perhaps "they" are right. sigh......
I miss talking about about poligitics, religion, etc.

Oh well, I've made a good friend here, and that is more important in the long run, yes?

Thank you for leaving me a comment... I have no idea how you did that or how to get back to you so I hope this works okay??  This kind of looks like MySpace Mormon style.. which is kind of kewl, because I  won't let my kids go on myspace--maybe they'd like this site?!  I'm going to have to spend some time looking around and filling out my profile.  Chatroom today was kind of confusing.  Thanks again. I also enjoy the antiquarian church books I've had the good fortune to come across!

Hello!

You asked if we are allowed to speak about politics here.

The answer is an emphatic NO! That is, unless you are the mod who is about to shut down the thread--then you get to get your two cents in before you do. Geez!

It is unfortunate, because I would have lots to say. Rarely does anyone want to hear it though, because I am probably the most liberal person on this board--but I enjoy saying it anyway.

Are you disappointed?

Elphie

Groovy little project you’ve got goin’ on.  As far as me being “sound” enough; in the words of Yacapo “perhaps you should get out more.” ;) -Stu
