There was a time when I studied the Kabbalah also. There are some different Kabbalistic schools of thought aren't there? Do you believe that all paths lead to exaltation in the kingdom of God or just that all paths will lead to 'enlightenment'. Do you believe in reincarnation or in the resurrection? Also besides the Kabbalah, do you believe the state or Israel is ordained of God or just a political movement or military base? Do believe God has begun the gathering of the Jews to the Jerusalem and given them back a nation or do you regard those prophecies as ones yet to be fulfilled? I am from Los Angeles and as you can imagine most of my good friends are Jewish so with all do respect I will admit I see the state of Israel as a political establishment but I do believe the prophecies are yet to be fulfilled when God himself will call the Jews home to Jerusalem and give them back a nation of their own.
