Heh, funny you should ask.  Do I have any experience with things of that nature?  Hard to say.  I got rid of a headache once in a way similar to those you describe, but it was somewhat surreal and taught me not to go back.  I went to 3 brain training sessions where they measure your brain waves and teach you to balance them.  With feedback this is somehow done subconsciously.  For about 3 months after those 3 sessions, I was able to dismiss any headache by being aware of it, knowing each and every brain cell and all of them together were master control and this headache was not, and it was dismissed immediately, sort of in line with the previous experience, but not in the mystical over the top sense of the first one that I left alone and kept the headaches since.  I have sought healing, but found that I am on earth and live as a human, so if I had faith to be healed, maybe that would be good, but there are things to learn here on earth as a human so I learn them after the order in which I'm created for now, or that's how I look at it.  Although I think that brain training is fantastic and hope to go to more some time.  It sounds like you have lots of energy and are doing much better.  That is very cool.  Keep the faith, on getting better I mean, as well as the gospel of course, that's a given.  I'm excited that you found things that are working for you.  I get emails all the time on different recommendations, but I haven't tried any, and very few have the flavor of 'root cause' and seem to be set up to have you buy more every month.  MSM and CMO are the best for joints in my personal experience, CMO in Dr Jeff's Joint Cream is the best, but I haven't bought it for years.  I found it on the Internet, don't know if it's the same, but the label looked the same.  I would be interested in the sleep formula, yes.  Good sleep is good, but maybe that's just obvious.  I just took a job where I will be starting at 6 AM.  My rhythms are not that of a morning person, so I will be looking for assistance on changing this.  Is this something you would make, or tell me how to make?  I am in the Salt Lake area, sort of unemployed at this exact moment.  :)
I can say my latest little breakthrough is the lemon balm, I'll have to look into the other plants you mentioned, see if they will grow here etc., sounds like they will so I will have to plant some.  Also something called Adreno Distress Guard from Perque, lifts some of the burnout feeling, looks like Rhodeola and some other ingredients are included in this formula.  Herbs are somewhat new to me.  When I tried them before, I had mixed results at best, but it looks like some places can make consistent products, so I find I am slowly gravitating back to them, as well as working on how to grow them.  Lemon balm is good, basil and oregano are bland grown in my yard, so not everything is better fresh from my garden.  Had St John's wort for about 5 years, thought nothing of it, figured I would pull some flowers and soak them in oil as suggested by one site I checked.  That is ok, not earth shattering, but it registers slightly as something.  Still learning. It's good to hear from you.

Thanks for passing that along to me. I've been taking a product that has helped me a lot. Generally, the pain is a lot less, and I've been doing more walking, although still with some assistance. How are you doing? Are things getting better? I hope so. Thanks again, Caroline

Not sure why I just saw this.  I don't log in as much lately.  I'm glad to hear you are doing better.  I keep learning it seems, always room for more.  My latest exciting discovery, for me, is lemon balm.  I wouldn't say I had trouble sleeping before, but lemon balm tea from my neighbor's garden with valerian root, goodness, I have been getting some good sleep lately.  Valerian I knew about, seemed like nothing, but with lemon balm?  My goodness!  Also it doesn't seem to work until 3 pm the next day.  If you knew this already, clearly I didn't know the right questions to be asking.  I came across it quite by accident as it was.  Hang in there.  I'm glad you are doing better.

For herbs related to bone, I randomly find the herb called 'bone knit' come to mind from my distant past.  I'll toss that out there if you want to have a look.  I know of at least one person it has worked for as the plant name describes, healed a break in less than half the scheduled time.

We had talked about bone building a while ago. Looking below I see it was quite a while ago. I hadn't thought about it much since, but I came across his link that suggests Germaium sesquioxide is something to consider. Thought I would pass it along.

Quick sysnopsis of the reference is here.
Dr. Asai has also found germanium beneficial in arresting osteoporosis by restoring a normal calcium balance. During a 12-month study, he demonstrated that the compound prevented bone volume decrease often associated with aging.

“While you are going through your trial, you can recall your past victories and count the blessings that follow if you are faithful. And you can have that certain knowledge that in due time God will wipe away all tears and that ‘eye hath not seen, not ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.’ (1 Cor. 2:9.)” Ezra Taft Benson, Tambuli, Mar 1987, 2

I double checked another source on bone regeneration.  The best study I saw was 600 mg Magnesium to 500 Mg Calcium, other factors play in as well.  Calcium Gluconate in solution can be absorbed on the vitamin D active transport site as well as a passive site that gets more Calcium into the system.  The Magnesium helps it crystallize better, along with the Silicon and Boron, other trace mineral we looked at yesterday.  So, normally you hear about 2/1 Calcium to Magnesium ratios, this was 6/5, Magnesium to Calcium.  The brand was Salus, found it here doing a search, http://www.florahealth.com/flora/home/Canada/Products/R4730.htm, same forms of the mineral and ratios, and also Bone Builder won a case in court to be labeled as Bone Builder rather than just Calcium because it was shown that it built bones.  I don't like what it does inside of me, so I don't take it.  I would stop short of saying these are recommendations, but I give them as possible places to start or consider if you or someone you know is working on this.

Here is the address for the Touched by Angel episode I was telling you about  This is excerpt 8 from the episode called  "A Winter Carol ". The Mormom Tabernacle Choir comes on  near the end.  I think YouTube has excerpts 1-7 if you wanted to watch the whole episode.  This episode deals with the Sept.11 attacks on the twin towers.. The sound quality on this video doesn't do the choir any justice, if you can get your hands on the DvD, you will see what I mean.. They sounded so Majestic, much more so, than they do on thus YouTube video.

I love this episode, not only because the Mormom Tabernacle Choir is on, but also because while watching this epiode i was finally able to cry over what happened on Sept.11. I could really relate to the the mother on this show.

By the way you will need to watch the whole episode to understand what's going on at the end.

Take care and have a wonderful day and night

Jasmine

Ps.  I won't be back on till Saturday because we're getting our computer fixed..There is something wrong with our Disc drive.  Talk to you then.

I'm doing quite well today, thank you for asking. How are doing?  Did you manage to get back to sleep last night?

I'm always glad to see when someone is benefitting from using natural medicines. I take homeopathic medicines for my ailments, and my husband uses herbs - along with garlic - for his

I noticed that you have Battle Hymn of the Republic on your playlist,  Did you ever see the Touched by an Angel episode where the Mormon Tabernacle Choir sang that song.  It's my favorite episode - makes me cry everytime.

Hope you have a good night tonight.  I'll remember you in my prayers.

Hugs to you

Jasmine
