yeah, my friends dad went on his mission to Japan but he didn't keep it up either. My mom went to Peru and she kept up her spanish so it's helped a lot in her job =D

So she speaks Japanese then? That's so cool! I wish I could speak. I was only there for 4 days so I didn't really get to learn anything even though I was staying with a host family. They tried to speak english to me as much as possible, because that's why I was there. To help them learn more english. Oh! I have pictures of me and them in my gallery =D If you haven't seen them you should look. They're pretty awesome! (but that might just be me talking since I was there a know what was going on when the picture was take)
