I'm missing out on my RDA of Plastic_Starlight! Vitamins don't seem to contain this essential nutrient.

Well now Starlight  !  Many thanks for sniffing around my cave.  I hope the "musings" of this lunatic were taken as just a source of uncontained mirth, but you never know for sure what you're getting with a lunatic.  So, carry on.  But do drop in from time to time and dazzle me with your intellectual beauty.
