Dear Taryn,

Isn't it great when you find a place on this earth that you love that much?!  I've always loved the water, but then when I went out west for school, I learned to love that area, too.  Now I think my dream home must be located somewhere near the water and the mountains.  Bike riding in the canyons was always so good for me.  Of course, the ride up was a real trial, but the ride down.....what a rush!!!

You can probably see from the picture of the harbor we have posted on our page that the water can be quite blissful as well.  I have loved canoeing since I was a young girl.  Morning on the water is just such an amazing time to me.  I love it when the sun comes up over the horizon.  It's like seeing liquid gold poured over a mirror of black glass.

My husband has come to love the water, too.  He's from Idaho so he loves the mountains as well, but the first time he ever came here and saw all the water stretching out for miles and miles he just couldn't believe it.  I really want to take him across the Chesepeake Bay Bridge one of these days and see what he thinks of that!

Take care!  Have a great day!  Hope to hear back from you soon.

Dear Taryn,

Saw you visited our site again.  Thanks for stopping by.  You have so many friends here at lds.net.  I'm surprised you had the time.

So how do you  like Montana?  My husband is from Idaho (the eastern part of the state).  I guess the weather is fairly similar.  His great-grandparents moved out west many years ago.  Finally, his grandparents settled in Idaho.  His grandpa worked for the railroad.

I have another friend who served a mission in Montana.  Said it was awfully cold.  Of course, he was from southern California.  He would think it was cold.

Hope you have a great evening.  Enjoyed your blog about the atonement.
