Wednesday January 16th 2008

Definitely been a while since I have last posted a blog here. I know my fans have missed my wise words and delightful insight .

The topic that I am going to talk about today isBeing a Season of change and of Festivities (even though its a bit late), I have seen lately alot of things and people who are sad and I guess "lost" to some degree. Especially at this time of the year, troubles do tend to pop out and make things hard for people. Whether it be money problems, family issues or just the day to day troubles.

I hope that you may find comfort or help in the following 2 cents worth.

Someone once told me, that when you are down, that is when you should shine the most. A riddle is what first came to mind, but funnily enough, has been firmly imprinted in my mind as I always think of it. To anyone that may be experiencing troubles, sadness, anyone who is lost, know that there is always help and that things do get better. Don't let the troubles of today or yesterday become the same troubles of tomorrow. Life will pass you by too quickly. Always look forward to life. It is good if you want it to be good.

The following quote I use quite often to emphasis my point. I definitely overuse it

"Two men look through the self same bars,

One sees the mud

The other the stars"

Always continue to look to the stars. Therein lies your hope!

Great way of looking at life!  I wish I could see the stars all of the time.   I must confess, I see the mud too many times.  I keep trying to think of the positive, and not the negative.  My blessings, and not my trials.  This is one area that I am always tried from the dark one.  He tries to make me  think I am nothing, to feel I am not as good as others, but in my mind, I know that I come from a Father in Heaven who loves me and is only looking out for my best.  I just wish I could always feel it in my heart!
